Over the weekend, Fan Bingbing attended a trio of events in China, donning three distinct looks.
CHINABEST Press Conference: I like how she gave the straight-up princess gown look a rest with the more straightforward elegance of this Chicco Mao Spring 2018 dress, which further enhanced her figure and an hourglass silhouette with the white panels at the side. I think the off-the-shoulder, ruffle neckline and her long waves helped to imbue the design with the flirty, girlish side we know and love with Fan.
RIIFO GROUP Press Conference: Some of you might be rolling your eyes that she re-introduced the platforms—in holographic silver, no less. Part of me understands why she might have reverted to them, in order to bring some funky sass to this classic red Valentino Spring 2018 dress. Bur, part of me wishes she had kept the sophistication going from head to toe and skipped the hooves.
2018 Youku Young Choice Ceremony: The return to more princess-like ethereality commenced during the Youku Young Choice Ceremony on Friday (March 30), with this diaphanous Alexander McQueen gown that was quite a soft, dainty look for the label. I like how the embellished flowers along with her big waves and crimson lip contributed a fairytale romance to the look.
