Danai Gurira In Dion Lee & Sies Marjan – ‘Black Panther’ New York Promo Tour

Danai Gurira continued on the ‘Black Panther’ promo tour in New York with Lupita Nyong’o. First, she attended the Marvel Studios Presents: Black Panther Welcome To Wakanda showcase during New York Fashion Week on Monday (February 12). Secondly, she stepped out at the screening on Tuesday (February 13).

It retains a streamlined finish, despite the folds and layering, thanks to the body-skimming silhouette. She enhanced the hardware in the belting details with metallic sandals and jewellery. It cuts an elegant finish, but part of me wants the boots from the runway version.

‘Black Panther’ New York Screening: This Sies Marjan Fall 2018 tunic and skirt is a similar earthy hue as the previous look, alas, it lacks the impact. The pleating comes across as rumpled and the poor tailoring has made it lose its louche fluidity. Jimmy Choo ‘Tizzy’ sandals and a coordinating clutch attempted to add more fire, but I’m afraid this is a miss.
