Nicole Kidman In Versace – 2017 CMT Artists Of The Year

Nicole Kidman was back on the red carpet for the 2017 CMT Artists Of The Year on Wednesday (October 18) in Nashville, Tennessee, where she joined country singer husband Keith Urban.

The ‘Big Little Lies’ actress wore a Versace Spring 2018 pale pink velvet dress which paid homage to the 80s powerful women with powerful shoulders.

We all know she can serve up movie star elegance with her eyes close, so when she wears something that presents such a strong impression, you have to stand up and take notice.

I’m sure some will question why she wore her hair down with those architectural shoulders, but I’m thankful that things have improved massively in the hair department considering her last outing.

Styled with a mirrored Versace clutch and silver sandals.

    I actually love this.

If she’d worn her hair pulled back into a ponytail, I think she would have killed it.

I love Nicole so much, I would have loved this if not for the red lip. I actually like the blond waves over the plush pink. I wish they went soft all the way, and gave her a gentle, flattering (not pale) pink lip and softer eye make-up.

Its the hairstyle for me. It looks terrible. not done well.
I do think I like the dress on her but her hair needed to be back to show off the shoulders.

I don’t really like this. That sugary pink velvet and in combination with the barbie doll hair and bad makeup, and those open toes sandals do not support the long-sleeved dress.

      …cheap-looking hem job as well

Wow, I think I may be the only one to absolutely love this! The hair may have been better, but the dress is fabulous (and looks fabulous), and I think the pink one was the right choice for Nicole. Big thumbs up from me.

This dress doesn’t translate well on the red carpet. The fabric and color look terribly cheap under the bright flash. I love 99% of what Nicole wears but can’t get behind this.

I fine with the dress choice but she absolutely should have taken heed of the runway styling and worn her hair straight and back.

She has the tendency to cover the most interesting part in every dress. she wear

I wish she had worn the blue one

A lot of people are saying that on instagram, I love the pink

Sadly, the fabric doesn’t look good under this light and the hair definitely isn’t right for the look.

The dress is awful! I hate the fabric.
And for sure her hairstyle isn’t working with the dress.

+1 … big thumbs down from me.

great look for her, but she should have pulled her hair back to show off the clean lines of the dress. I am also questioning the strong lip.

But the dress looks so cozy and actually appropriate for fall despite the pastel colour.
