Natalia Vodianova In Christian Dior – Christian Dior 70 years of Creation ‘I Feel Blue’ Exhibition

Natalia Vodianova was on hand to help Christian Dior celebrate ’70 years of Creation’ at the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann on Tuesday (September 19) in Paris, France.

For those of you feeling very much o.v.e.r the Dior sheer dresses and logo underwear, this Fall 2017 look should come as a huge breath of fresh air.

Natalia’s look give us an opportunity to marvel at the Dior tailoring which embodies clean structural finesse.

Sharp, yet still utterly feminine, I love the festive nature of the look which was enhanced by the red velvet pumps.

One for the BDOTW list methinks.

Is it 70 years of Dior or 70 years of Natalia Vodianova??

This is terribly aging…..This belongs to Hillary Clinton and not her

The length of the dress isn’t’ helping.

Oh lordy. I don’t like this at all, it’s so ageing and I don’t see any harmony between the lines of the look and the print. The shoes and garish makeup don’t help matters…

I don’t like it but I think she is one of the very models who can dress. Never try hard and always elegant and classy..

    “Winter mother-of-the-bride”

So aging. It’s a big no for me.

    Maybe on Helen Mirren…?

This adds about 30 years to Natalia.

Ya, I truly despise sheer and logos but this looks mumsy and so stuffy.
Perhaps without the jacket or at least the jacket opened up partially, or all the way.

The outfit is fine but I’d rather see it on Helen Mirren.

From top to bottom, awful outfit,

Wow, Dior is so bad now it’s making this gorgeous supermodel look aged and boring. I’m sure the cut and quality are great, but the silhouette and styling is so wrong

I actually love the outfit, looks like sophisticated Christmas. The print is lovely. I’m just not sure if the addition of deep red through lips and shoes did much for the look, makes it look a bit costume-y and aging. I kind of feel like soft pink would’ve been better, or even tone-in-tone gold.

    Grandma clothes

I like that is a new take on the classic Bar Jacket, the designer cleaned up the lines and modernized the silhouette. But I don’t like the look as a whole , it feels heavy, which obviously is not. Maybe a lighter skirt would help.
And those shoes ? Why ?

  16. JHH September 20, 2017 at 5:10 pm #

I am over sheer but not so much that I want to see grandma looks. The jacket is just too closed up. I don’t like the shoes with this. Overall, this is a big no.

      I agree.

Noooooooo. Horrible outfit, too busy, aging and the styling only made it worse.
