Miley Cyrus In Ulyana Sergeenko Couture – 46th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Awards

Following Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus was also doing her best to bag herself a spot on the WDOTY list this weekend, while attending 46th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Awards on Saturday (November 7) in Los Angeles, California.

I have to say I really like this Ulyana Sergeenko Fall 2015 Couture pink chiffon pleated skirt and embroidered net bodysuit (which Miley cut into a crop top) with decorative silk flowers on the runway, but Miley looks like a belly dancer.

A confused one at that with the dreadlocks and shell-shaped clutch.
