Katharine McPhee In Carolina Herrera - 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros Golden Globe Awards Post-Party

Katharine McPhee attended the 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros. 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards Post-Party held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 11) in Beverly Hills, California.

Carolina Herrera had a very successful weekend dressing several attendees at The Art of Elysium ‘HEAVEN’ gala, and Katharine keeps the good times rolling wearing a strapless black, ivory and pink gown with floral motif from the Spring 2015 collection.

Styled with a thin yellow belt and Chopard jewels, the only thing I would change is the hairstyle, opting for something with a bit more finesse for this stunning gown.

Totally agree about her hair – looks like she didn’t even comb it. I know the messy look is in, and I like it, but not for a formal event.

Not liking her hair. Does not work with this look

Dang nug it, she really brought the whole look down with that scraggly hair. That dress really deserved better hair.

Nice, but she should’ve done more with her hair.

Great gown, but her pedestrian hair is such a let down. Thinking Dita here with her mysterious allure and her signature polished styling.

+1 the hair drags the look down. Also it seems the colors are far more vibrant on the runway version, which I much prefer.

On the model it’s phenomenal… on her, it looks cheap. Her styling is entirely too casual for this look.

I would have loved this on someone else. She can’t pull it off and the casual hair is distracting.

I prefer it on the model.

A three-dimensional flower? That said, I like the grey, but maybe taking a slightly more abstract shape. I don’t mind the hairstyle, but the model looks so much more sophisticated.
