Alexa Chung In Burberry Prorsum – Out In New York City

Alexa Chung was spotted out and about in New York City on Monday (November 3) prior to the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards.

In a recent interview Alexa revealed that she was surprised her hairstyle became such a hit with fans, requested at salons all over the globe. “[It’s down to] laziness and lack of access to my hairstylist, George Northwood, who’s in London. I was travelling so much, he’d do these ‘future cuts’ – layers that’d look good if they grew out”, she said.

Alexa served up a luxe Fall look wearing a black pea coat with grey jeans, giving the outfit a punch with leopard ankle boots.

Her Burberry Prorsum Fall 2014 poncho needs no introduction as it has already been worn by several fashionistas including Cara Delevingne, Suki Waterhouse, Olivia Palermo, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Sarah Jessica Parker.

The only surprise here is that Alexa was the last to jump on the Burberry poncho bandwagon.
