Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Jenny Packham – 2014 Wildlife Photography of the Year Awards

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Jenny Packham - 2014 Wildlife Photography of the Year Awards

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attended the 2014 Wildlife Photography of the Year Awards held at the Natural History Museum, of which she is a patron, on Tuesday (October 21) in London, England.

She showed off her tiny bump in a bespoke pale jade crepe full-length Jenny Packham gown with a draped design that hugged her growing mid-section featuring a mid-length underskirt, draped bodice and three-quarter-length sleeves.

The look for once feels quite modern, and for once I actually love the accessories. Thank God she didn’t opt for those L.K. Bennett nude pumps; instead she selected cream L.K. Bennett ‘Agata’ sandals, with an Alexander McQueen clutch with a bejewelled accent replacing the brand’s signature skull clasp.

While I strongly believe she’s had much more exciting Jenny Packham moments (the BOA Olympic Concert’ and ARK 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner spring to mind), this is her best evening look in a long while, plus I’m thankful she didn’t repeat that thrice-worn Temperley London gown.
