Michelle Dockery In L’Wren Scott – 10th Huading Awards

Michelle Dockery joined Nicole Kidman at the annual Huading Image Awards, hosted at The Venetian in Macau, China on Monday evening, where she picked up the ‘Best Global Actress’ in a TV Series award.

The ‘Downton Abbey’ actress was altogether statuesque in her L’Wren Scott Fall 2013 gown that had the undeniable—and rather appropriate—trappings of a sophisticated Asian influence with its collar neckline, cap sleeves and micro-floral print. What made the design even more dynamic were the black basket-weave V-panels that shot through the bodice and waist.

David Webb jewels, including a strong pair of burnt-orange earrings, along with a shiny gold Monica Rich Kosann clutch and Christian Louboutin heels, contributed just the right amount of added pizzazz without overwhelming the dress.

Her chic, swept-back bob finished the statement-making look.
