‘Les Miserables’ Berlin Film Festival Premiere Menswear Round Up

‘Les Miserables' Berlin Film Festival Premiere Menswear Round Up

Hugh Jackman and Eddie Redmayne, the two leading men of ‘Les Miserables,’ arrived at the Berlin Film Festival on Saturday, looking handsomely sharp alongside co-star Anne Hathaway.

Hugh Jackman: To celebrate their film, Hugh wore a midnight blue suit along with a shirt of a lighter shade of blue. To accent his look, the rugged Australian actor matched it with a black skinny tie and black leather boots. He looks fantastic and his slim fit pants are perfect with his boots. My only gripe comes from his jacket, which should be snugger around the waist. Hugh’s dedication to his fitness is well known, so he should be showing it off a little more with a tighter jacket to flaunt his V-shaped body.

Eddie Redmayne: As always, Eddie looks flawless in a perfectly tailored blue Alexander McQueen Fall 2013 royal blue mohair suit with peak lapels. He took a chance by wearing a one-button suit, which tends to only work with certain body types, but Eddie wears it wonderfully. His pants fit well with no break above his black lace ups, and his black and white patterned tie looks great with his white shirt. It’s just Eddie being Eddie.

Do you think they intentionally colour coordinated their looks?

The cast of the musical has gained much critical acclaim and won multiple awards thus far, including Hugh’s Golden Globe for Best Actor and Anne’s Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. They will all be in attendance for tonight’s BAFTA Awards, so make sure you check back later.
