2010 MTV VMAs – Ashley Greene In Giambattista Valli

Light Up Your Face With Gladness Award
Every time I see Ashley Greene on the red carpet lately I feel like pulling out my teeth because I think it would be less painful.

With a sad face like that she should have stayed at home instead of walking the red carpet at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

At the time writing this post she’s not smiling in a single picture.

If I was granted the opportunity to wear this stunning white Giambattista Valli Resort 2011 strapless mini dress with a black lace overlay I’d be smiling for a week, but Ashley looks like her cat just died.

Had she thrown her shoulders back, smiled and opted for better shoes she would’ve got at 10 out of 10 from me.

2010 MTV VMAs – Florence Welch In Givenchy Couture

Best Dressed Award
Like Ciara, Florence Welch also wore a look from the Givenchy Fall 2010 Couture collection to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

It like waiting for buses. You wait ages for one and two come along at once.

The British singer wore her gold lace Couture dress without a belt and gold accessories.

I love the pose. It’s so danity and elegant.

She really knows how to work a dress.

This look could’ve easily washed her out, but the red lippie and hair prevent that.

She was easily one of my favourites on the night.

More Miu Miu Award
Miu Miu’s Fall 2010 collection continues to receive lots of love.

This time we get to see a look on the red carpet at tonights 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

Hayley Williams of Paramore arrived on the red carpet wearing a black Miu Miu mini dress with floral appliqués and a bow on the neckline.

It’s interesting how no one seems to wear the runway pants with their Miu Miu Fall 2010 looks.

She paired her dress with nude and camel Miu Miu patent-leather peep-toe pumps.

2010 MTV VMAs – Evan Rachel Wood In Gucci

Evan Rachel Wood will be presenting an award at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards tonight.

She took to the red carpet wearing a one sleeved Gucci Resort 2011 dress – unsurprisingly as she’s the face of ‘Gucci Guilty’.

What was surprising was how much I didn’t really like it because Evan has great style.

Her olive ombre animal print Gucci dress isn’t the issue, because it works well with her moody persona and flame red hair.

I just don’t like the thigh-high boots.

Firstly because they look a tad baggy. Secondly they don’t work with her dress and thirdly I just don’t like thigh-high boots.

Thank God Award
When I saw Selena Gomez at the 2010 MTV VMAs I thanked god several times.

Thank god it’s not another white dress.

Thank god its’s not predictable and boring.

Thank god she done something new for a change because it’s given her a whole new attitude.

Selena is really loving her Reem Acra Resort 2011 strapless silver dress with a decorative bustier.

She’s making full use of the side split to show off her legs and Sergio Rossi heels.

Many of you have been begging for her to shake things up.

Do you like her new look or do you think she’s gone too far?

2010 MTV VMAs – Ciara In Givenchy Couture

Best Brand Ambassador Award
Ciara continues to put her best foot forward wearing Givenchy Couture.

I wasn’t initially excited about her being the face of Givenchy, but she wears their pieces really well.

This was definitely the case tonight at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards where she donned a feathered confection from the Givenchy Fall 2010 Couture collection.

Her look was elegant, sexy and befitting of a Givenchy girl.

I usually get the feeling that Ciara tries too hard on the red carpet, but that wasn’t the case tonight.

Pink wedges completed the look.
