Kat Graham In Cut25 By Yigal Azrouël and Bec & Bridge - Comic-Con 2014

Like many celebs who attended Comic-Con 2014 this weekend in San Diego, California, Kat Graham donned two looks. Noticeably, both were in dark hues, which is unlike the colour-loving, daring starlet.

‘The Vampires Diaries’ Press Line: On Saturday (July 26) the actress wore a blue and black print neoprene top-and-trouser look which made me instantly think of scuba gear. Her mannish look was styled with black, orange and purple colour-block T-bar Jerome C. Rousseau ‘Dragonette’ pumps and a black clutch.

Entertainment Weekly’s Annual Comic-Con Celebration: Kat opted to show off a little more skin for her second look, donning a Bec & Bridge navy crop top and below-the-knee pencil skirt styled with Jimmy Choo accessories including a pop of colour via her red pumps.

Elizabeth Olsen In The Row - 'Avengers Age Of Ultron' Comic-Con 2014 Press Line

Elizabeth Olsen attended Marvel’s Hall H Press Line for ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ during Comic-Con International 2014 held at the San Diego Convention Center on Saturday (July 26) in San Diego, California.

Wearing a grey leather dress from her sisters’ high-end label, The Row, I don’t think it’s an exaggeration for me to say that this is my least favourite look from Elizabeth.

Season-appropriateness aside, I don’t find the look flattering or at all exciting; the colour is drab and the Prada sandals uninspired.

Jessica Alba In Zimmermann - Comic-Con 2014 'SinCity A Dame To Kill For' Experience

Jessica Alba joined Rosario Dawson at the ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’ panel during Comic-Con International 2014, heldat the San Diego Convention Center in California on Saturday (July 26).

The actress was radiant in a Tanya Taylor cropped black bandeau top and a billowing Zimmerman printed skirt with mesh paneling.

She accessorized with mirrored and tasseled Kotur ‘Guzel’ heels, which were an amusingly chic twist on the standard sandal, alongside a Tory Burch clutch, a Porter Lyons ‘Mississippi’ snake ring and Maria Black jewels.

Side-swept locks and a smoky eye completed her Comic-Con statement.

Elle Fanning In Christopher Kane - Comic-Con 2014 'The Boxtrolls' Panel

Elle Fanning was among the starlets at Comic-Con 2014 in San Diego, where she took a vibrant spin down the carpet at the panel for ‘The Boxtrolls’ on Saturday (July 26).

After donning a host of fairytale-princess looks during her ‘Maleficent’ press tour, the young starlet was obviously ready to re-embrace a slightly funkier style direction—at least for now.

Neon was the name of the game here with her bright coral Christopher Kane Resort 2015 frock, crafted entirely of floral lace appliques, worn with matching Rupert Sanderson ‘Elba’ pumps.

The sunny marigold shade of her nails was reflected in her yellow eyeliner. I don’t love the makeup, but with Elle’s youthful exuberance, no better time than now to rock every fun shade of the rainbow.

Cate Blanchett In Fausto Puglisi - 'The Hobbit The Battle Of The Five Armies' Comic-Con 2014 Press Line
Cate Blanchett was at ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’ press line, hosted at the Hilton Bayfront hotel during Comic-Con International 2014 in San Diego, California on Saturday (July 26).

I have to say that I could barely believe my eyes when I saw Cate; it’s like some particularly heinous comic-book villains stole her sophisticated style.

This Fausto Puglisi Resort 2015 dress, worn with Roger Vivier black pumps, was many shades of wrong—from the pink to the pleats, and from the boxy T-shirt sleeves to the satin detailing.

Better to not dwell on what could be her most disappointing look ever.

I have complete faith that Cate will be recovered in no time and back to her regal red-carpet ways.
