Kerry Washington In Calvin Klein – 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards

Most Predictable, But I Love It/Best Dressed Award
There was no question that Kerry Washington was going to wear Calvin Klein to the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards.

I absolutely adore the Fall 2011 ivory dress she wore on the red carpet.

Kerry has been flying at half mast for a while, but she turned things around last night as she was glowing.

Her dress appears to be slightly modified from the runway version, as the feathered skirt has more flare.

Calvin Klein strappy sandals and flawless make-up completed her look.

Jessica Alba In Diane von Furstenberg – 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards

Best Colour-Blocking Award
Jessica Alba is the hardest working mother-to-be in Hollywood.

She attended the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards looking radiant wearing a custom Diane von Furstenberg dress.

The coral and purple colour-block look was inspired by the Diane von Furstenberg Spring 2011 collection.

This has to be my favourite maternity look from her so far.

Jessica accessorized with Fallon jewels. I especially love those gold cuffs.

Her look was complete with sparkly embellished Casadei peep toe pumps and a Roger Vivier Boite de Nuit Cotte de Maille clutch.

Chloe Sevigny In Chloe Sevigny For Opening Ceremony – 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards

Best Brand Ambassador Award
Chloe Sevigny is the type of girl who loves to take risks on the red carpet and be original.

At the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards the risk paid off.

She opted to wear look from her own self designed Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony collection.

I love the leather ruffle eyelet top which is both sexy and edgy at the same time. The top was paired with a cotton eyelet pencil skirt. Both pieces are from her Resort 2012 collection.

I also loved her Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony Resort 2012 black satin heels with pearl accents.

The Row Fall 2011 Bag Red Carpet Debut Award
The Row was nominated for the 2011 “Swarovski Award for Womenswear” at the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City last night.

Mary-Kate Olsen wore a black skirt by The Row with a Chanel Pre-Fall 2011 shimmering gold jacket – which typically looks a few sizes too big for her.

Gold strappy Louis Vuitton sandals and Cartier jewels completed her look.

Ashley Olsen’s look was simpler, as she wore a custom The Row blue dress with Manolo Blahnik heels and a Cartier jewels which included a scalloped motif necklace.

You’ll notice that the twins were showcasing bags which are from The Row Fall 2011 collection.

This is the first time we’ve seen the bags on the red carpet. I love how they appeared to make the bags the main focus.

The price point of their bags according to Harper’s Bazaar is $5,450.

Lucy Liu In Monique Lhuillier – 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards

Oscar Worthy Gown Award
When I saw Lucy Liu at the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards I got the feeling that she was a tad overdressed.

This isn’t the ballgown wearing type of event like the Oscars or the Golden Globes, but there is no taking away from the fact that Lucy looks beautiful.

The actress wore a black Monique Lhuillier Fall 2011 strapless gown.

Her Chantilly lace, embroidered tulle gown had ostrich feathers decorating the skirt.

A Swarovski ‘Party Time’ clutch and Fred Leighton jewels completed her look.
