Zendaya Coleman Front Row @ Ralph & Russo Fall 2017 Couture

Following her Best Dressed of the Week triumph, Zendaya Coleman packed her favourite LeSilla white pumps and headed to Paris for Couture week, where she was the guest of honour at Ralph & Russo’s Fall 2017 Couture show.

Front Row: Try hard is something I believe is unfairly labelled to Zendaya, but that can’t be said about this Ralph & Russo Spring 2016 Couture look which is oozing with lady-like charm. For me she is a true style chameleon; always changing, evolving, surprising and delighting with effortless easy. Chopard jewels perfect this look.

Ralph & Russo Party: While a party is a good excuse to kick off those pumps, don a cocktail dress and hit the dancefloor, Zendaya opted to continue down the glamorous path with her bedazzled Ralph & Russo Spring 2017 Couture gown. Looking like royalty, the mood was elegant and refined, however, if I had to change one thing I would’ve opted for sandals here.

Front Row @ Schiaparelli Fall 2017 Couture

Olivia Palermo and Pixie Lott both wore their hearts on their sleeve—so to speak—while in attendance at the Schiaparelli Fall 2017 show on Monday (July 3) during Paris Fashion Week.

Olivia Palermo: This Schiaparelli look certainly captured my affection, several times over, as I was head over heels for its endearing spirit yet impossibly chic attitude. The darling whimsy of the heart, split open, on the crisply tailored dress was only magnified by the jacket—worn as a cape—with its hand-held heart embroidery.

Pixie Lott: The label’s heart motif showed up again in this free-flowing, red dress that definitely possessed its own charm. As for the notion that pink cannot be worn with red, Pixie would not subscribe as she brought in both hot neon and pastel varieties of the shade in shoes and hair, respectively.

Front Row @ Christian Dior Fall 2017 Couture

The front row at the Christian Dior Fall 2017 Couture show on Monday (July 3) during Paris Fashion Week was filled to the brim with Dior-donning darlings who showed their affection for the label in a diverse collection of ways.

Jennifer Lawrence: As we’d expect, Jennifer led the charge with a Dior look that couldn’t be missed—and may have been a bit warm-ish under the summer sun. However, I couldn’t help but be drawn to its quirky, cool-girl ways as it effortlessly mixed the sweet, sultry edge of the sheer lace frock (complete with the Dior briefs underneath) with the frontier spirit of a western hat and patterned, fringe cardigan. Even the Dior ‘Walkin’ Dior’ shoes and the ‘J’adior’ embroidered bag somehow fit in. I wouldn’t have believed it myself had I not seen it.

Robert Pattinson
: Looking as handsome as ever, Robert cut a fetching profile in a Dior Homme suit with an eye-catching, metallic pinstripe effect. I love how he reflected the lines in his striped shirt for a look that was sleekly put-together with just a hint of aloof, bad-boy edge.

Kirsten Dunst: Festooned with a collection of embroidered stars and hearts, this was such a darling, layered tulle frock on Kirsten. She didn’t overcook it either by letting the dress have top billing and paring back the styling to a simple pair of pumps and romantic waves.

Front Row @ Rodarte Spring 2018

It was Rodarte designers Kate and Laura Mulleavy’s first time to show in Paris, and their Spring 2018 presentation on Sunday (July 2) during Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week featured a trio of stars who were in attendance to take in the garden-centric setting.

Kirsten Dunst: I loved seeing this Fall 2017 blouse and skirt stripped down from its more overwrought original presentation, as it allowed the romantic side of its edgy, gothic beauty to shine. While a sleeker bun would have not gotten in the way of the ruffled, tulle shoulders, her curls did bring a relaxed femininity to the look that I could appreciate.

Brie Larson: Keeping the Rodarte jewels, including the highly decorative, statement earrings and bracelet, intact, Brie likewise embraced the darker whimsy of this Fall 2017 spidery lace dress. I am glad she nixed the boots in favour of a sleeker sandal.

Tracee Ellis Ross: Tracee can always be relied upon to embrace a quirky style viewpoint, but I couldn’t get on board with this black-and-white Fall 2016 lace dress—most especially because of her unusual selection of the beige Fall 2017 motorcycle jacket in ditzy florals that she wore atop it. Rodarte jewels in the form of that singular earring only made the look more clunky and confused.
