Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Here is our final look at the fellas who strutted their stuff down the red carpet this week.

John Boyega: Joining Adria Arjona at the ‘Pacific Rim: Uprising’ LA premiere, I was hypnotized by the inky-blue hue of John’s crisp suit, styled with David Yurman jewels.

Adam Devine: Etro suits can often be loud in print, but I love the subtle details which define Adam’s look. A relaxed feel was to be had when the actor styled his suit with a simple tee and stark white sneakers for Netflix’s ‘Game Over, Man!’ premiere.

Scott Eastwood: Joining John, the actor went in a more mellow direction in dark grey Valentino, styled with oxblood Salvatore Ferragamo shoes.

Naomi Watts In Bottega Veneta – ‘Harry Clarke’ Opening Night

Naomi Watts was back on the red carpet for the opening night of ‘Harry Clarke’ at the Minetta Lane Theatre on Sunday (March 18) in New York City.

I love how her Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2018 dress is infused cut-outs and frill lace sleeves for a romantic impact while creating an ultra-feminine finish.

Some might appreciate the casual elegance her black clutch and beige boots brings to this look, but I found the contrasts a tad jarring.

If I could, I would like to swap out the clutch.

Elizabeth Debicki In Bottega Veneta – ‘Peter Rabbit’ UK Gala Premiere

As the promo tour for ‘Peter Rabbit’ continues, a UK Gala screening of the film commenced on Sunday (March 11) in London, England.

Elizabeth Debicki was naturally on hand. What first jumped out at me about her Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2018 look was the artsy, graphic rush of geometric, mixed patterns in the micro-sequin dress and complementary smock-like jacket with paillette trim.

I love how her smoky eye makeup echoed the cool tones of the palette and quickly crushed any matronly vibes of the jacket.

I appreciate the directional attitude of both pieces together, however, a part of me really just wanted to see the frock stand alone, too.

Front Row @ Bottega Veneta Fall 2018

The Bottega Veneta Fall 2018 show at New York Fashion Week on Friday (February 9) had a number of lovely ladies in attendance.

Julianne Moore: The actress cut a sophisticated figure in all black. She brought colour into the look via her textured cognac clutch and jewels. Some might be missing the drama from her red carpet looks, but the ensemble is appropriate for the event and a good representation of the designer’s refined luxury.

Priyanka Chopra: The ‘Quantico’ star brought some shine with a blush dress decorated with oversized paillettes. The arrangement of the embellishment creates a marvelous textured effect against the fabric belt, but it’s the warm colours that have the greatest impact as they enliven her complexion. Jimmy Choo ‘Minny’ sandals were the finishing touch.
