Alice + Olivia is all about dressing up and having a fun time with your girlfriends, so the Fall 2010 presentation was held at Provocateur nightclub to evoke that very spirit.

The celebrity guest which included Kelly Osborne, Mena Suvari, Sophia Bush and Tinsley Mortimer were just as well dressed as the models to the looked like they were enjoying the music by Travis Barker as much as we were.

In the dark light it was kinda hard to view all the pieces despite the models standing on platforms, but the embellished pieces really stood out.

The collection – which is on Style.com – included LBDs, body-con dress, multiple layered skirt, embellished dresses, mini dresses, blazers, layered pieces and many cute hats.

The trend for sequin dresses doesn’t look like it’s going to lose its sparkle anytime soon.

Lauren, Lo and Marissa all wore this Alice + Olivia dress and it’s hard to tell who outshines who.

Lauren Conrad first wore this dress back in September to “VH1 Divas” in New York.

I love the peep toe shoes and simple accessories, which Lauren always seems to get so right.

Her low bun is cute, cute, cute and really suits the dress. Three cheers for her hair stylist!

Following closely in her footsteps was her Hills co-star Lo Bosworth with a gunmetal grey version of the dress, which she wore to her birthday celebrations at LIV in Miami back in October.

I think she looks great and it really hugs her frame well. However, I’m a bit unsure about the nude shoes. Surely this dress could have pulled off something stronger?

Also, Lo, your face is a little shiny.

The stunning Marissa Miller wore this dress recently on the “Tonight Show” and has the best accessory of all – her legs!

I would have liked to see her hair swept back though and the shoes seem a little too heavy for the dress.

It’s a tough one to call but I think Lauren Conrad just takes the lead. Everything seems to come together really well and she’s wearing the best shoes by far.

This dress is available to buy from Shopbop.com.

The Alice + Olivia’s Spring 2010 show was more like a huge party in a warehouse.

Everyone was milling around enjoying the free bar and a performance by French girl band, the Plastiscines.

The models were to the left of the stage, some were standing and some perched on podiums.

The pieces were whimsical and ultra feminine.

The colour palette consisted of white, silvery greys, nudes, purples and 2 rainbow dresses.

Some pieces had an Alice in Wonderland feel to them with their full skirts and ribbos, whilst others were a bit edgier like the LBD paired with lace leggings.

Everything was totally wearable and I expect to see the many celebrities who attended to wear these pieces both on the red carpet and ‘off duty’.

All the shoes from this presentation are from the Alice + Olivia for Payless collection, which will be available early February.

The collection is expected to also included coordinating handbags which a price point of under $40.

The celeb count was high at this event. If you follow me on twitter you would have seen my tweet updates as each celeb arrived.

‘OMG Jared Letro is at the Alice + Olivia party’ I updated in genuine shock.

Everyone looked great especially Mena Survari who wore a stunning strapless LBD.

The other attendees I saw were Shenae Grimes who was so interest in the collection that she took notes. Kristin Cavallari who is a sweet as pie – don’t fall for that bitchy persona she was so nice. I had a quick chat with her which I will write up later.

Tinsley Mortimer was also there wearing the same strapless dress which Kelly Brook wore a few weeks ago.

Kelly Rutherford who I had spotted earlier that day at the Bryant Park Hotel with her newborn baby, took a night off nursing to join in the fun.

Nicky Hilton sparkled wearing a gold sequin top and matching pigalles.

Stephanie Pratt looked very very svelte wearing an embellished top with black leggings. She arrived with Holly Montag who looked a hot mess. Very 80s prom gone tragically wrong.

Nikki Reed was one of the many stars invited to “Elle Magazine and Express Hit the Road TXT L8TR Campaign Event” held at Nobu in West Hollywood recently.

The Twilight star opted for black Stuart Weitzman peep-toes and a black Coach clutch with her Alice + Olivia plum dress.

This is the perfect summer statement dress with its draped detail, scooped neckline and spaghetti straps.

Malin Akerman wore the same dress but opted for nude accessories including Zara sandals and Jalda clutch, when she attended the “Supperclub Dinner Party” in LA last month.

And finally Kourtney Kardashian wore this dress to announce to the world that she was pregnant, when she arrived at BET to promote her TV series “Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami”.

She added YSL Trib Two’s and a Lia Sophia necklace to her shortened dress.

I love Malin’s fresh approach by not sticking to black accessories, so she wins for me.

You can buy this dress from Shopbop.com for $275. Or Net-A-Porter International in a beautiful teal colour for £255/€313.

You know it’s a slow news day when the biggest news of the day is that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant.

Sorry to be cynical but I’m cringing at the thought of these two having their own reality TV show.

Something tells me it will be the TV equivalent of the movie “Dumb and Dumber”.

I’ll let you decide which is which.

From their interview on “The Today Show”, it appears that the focus of this promo trip was to announce Khloe’s weight loss, but Kourtney regretfully stole her sister’s thunder with her baby news. Yeah right.

Her on-again-off-again baby daddy is Scott Disick.

Kourtney said, “He’s very excited. When I found out, I was so shocked. I didn’t know what to do. He was so for it and so excited from the beginning. And we’re really happy.”

The sisters were also interviewed on the “The Wendy Williams Show”, “BET” and “PIX 11 Morning News” show.

Here’s a run down of what they wore.

On the “Today Show” Khloe wore a Marc by Marc Jacobs Karly paillette dress with black pumps.

Whilst leaving the Wendy Williams show Kourtney glowed wearing a Alice + Olivia draped dress with ankle strap YSL Trib Two’s and a Lia Sophia necklace.

On her way to the BET studio’s Khloe wore an Alexander Wang Slim Grommet Dress with long sheer sleeves, which she paired with YSL platform ankle boots.

Khloe was seen leaving the CW Studios after making a guest appearance on the “PIX 11 Morning News” show, wearing a Diane von Furstenberg zebra print dress and Christian Louboutin Piros boots.

“Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” premieres this Sunday at 10pm ET on E! in the US.

The Balmain military jacket as worn by Beyonce Knowles would have set you back $11,410.

Thanks to Alice + Olivia, you can purchase their shrunken military jacket with embellished details on the front and shoulders for a small fraction of the price at $550.

It’s still quite expensive for some, but that’s no doubt due to the crystals, pearls and beaded details.

Alice + Olivia also seemed to be inspired by Balmain’s Fall 2008 zebra print blazer as worn by Kim Kardashian.

It has the same print and embellished lapels, but at a fraction of the cost.

This blazer is available from Nordstorm for $495.

Unlike Bebe’s attempts to knock-off Balmain, these are much more acceptable.

Amber Tamblyn attended the “Whitney Museum Annual Art Party and Auction” in New York last month looking cute wearing a black and white Alice + Olivia fan dress.

The actress accessorized with black tights, a black clutch and YSL Trib Two’s.

Khloe Kardashian wore the same two-tone dress when she attended the “Three-O Bubble Vodka Launch Party” in New York last week.

For some crazy reason Khloe tried to individualize her dress by not wearing the black belt that comes with the dress.

As much as she tried to save her look with a stunning pair of Giuseppe Zanotti open-toe booties, she looks terrible.

The dress has no shape without the belt so it just looks like material wrapped around her body.

Amber wins for me even with her tights.

This Alice + Olivia dress is available to purchase from Net-A-Porter US for $367.  Net-A-Porter International for £340/€417 and Shopbop.com for $367.
