Rebecca Hall In Alexander McQueen - ‘Transcendence’ LA Premiere

Rebecca Hall attended the ‘Transcendence’ premiere held at the Regency Village Theatre on Thursday (April 10) in Westwood, California alongside Kate Mara.

The British actress wore a black Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2014 frock, with intricate beaded and jewelled embellishments elevating this floor-grazing short-sleeved gown.

No McQueen look would be complete without a punk clutch, which perfectly complements the detailing on her frock.

Edging up the look yet another notch, she styled her look with multi-stud earrings, which are effortlessly displayed thanks to her half-up, half-down swept-back ‘do.

Glossy lips and shimmering copper eye makeup rounded out her look.

BDOTW-worthy or just OK?

Andrew Garfield In Alexander McQueen & Jamie Foxx In Ozwald Boateng - ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Rise of Electro’ World PremiereThe luminously clad Emma Stone was in handsome company at the world premiere of ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of Electro,’ hosted this evening (April 10) at Odeon Leicester Square in London, England.

Andrew Garfield: Kicking his casualwear to the curb, the actor dressed to impress in an Alexander McQueen single-breasted, one-button black suit. The black-and-white plaid tie, white button-down shirt and black loafers only enhanced the crisp polish of the impeccably slim-fit look.

Jamie Foxx: Copping an intense bad-boy stare, the funny man relied on his go-to designer, Ozwald Boateng, for this sleek charcoal pinstripe suit, mixed with a dove-grey dress shirt and steely-hued tie. Perfectly tailored, this sartorial statement had plenty of grey area, but the styling was still on point.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Alexander McQueen - Blenheim War Memorial

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge left baby Prince George on Day 4 of their three-week tour of Australia and New Zealand.

On Thursday (April 10) the couple flew fifteen minutes to Blenheim, New Zealand for a ceremony at the Blenheim War Memorial.

The duchess selected a smart Alexander McQueen coat in a delightful cornflower-blue colour accented with a belt and pleated back, which she wore over a navy dress.

For a refreshing change to her usual hairdo, the Duchess had scooped her brunette locks into an elegant ponytail, which showed off her beautiful diamond-and-sapphire drop earrings which matched her ring.

Navy pumps and a matching clutch completed her look.

Who Wore Alexander McQueen Better Naomie Harris or Priyanka Chopra

Naomie Harris stunned when she took to the red carpet for the Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom royal premiere wearing an Alexander McQueen strapless gown with a peplum detail enriched with gold embellishments.

The British actress had such an epic run promoting this movie, with this gown being very much the highlight.

With such an amazing gown worn on a world stage for such a historical occasion, I was very surprised to see Priyanka Chopra wearing the same gown to the 2014 Idea FilmFare Awards the following month.

Despite how gorgeous she looked in the gown, Naomie wins this for me. She looked the more radiant for me.

BDOTW 7 April

Emma Watson narrowly won the poll by 1% to be crowned best dressed of the week over Shailene Woodley in Zuhair Murad.

I was so totally enamoured by Jennifer Connelly in Alexander McQueen that she took the top spot for me for daring to be different and taking a risk which paid off.

On the men’s side the winner was more clear cut, with triumph for Douglas Booth in his Burberry Tailoring three-piece suit, which means it was yet another victory for the cast of ‘Noah’ this week, who were impeccably dressed throughout this promo tour.
