Rose Byrne In Jenny Packham – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Rose Byrne In Jenny Packham - The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Rose Byrne paid a visit to the Rockefeller Center in New York City yesterday evening (September 18) to make a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ to talk about her Broadway debut in ‘You Can’t Take It With You’.

Glowing in an autumnal crimson-hued silk satin draped dress with delicate layered sleeves from Jenny Packham’s Fall 2014 collection, the actress is the embodiment of effeminate elegance.

I love the light and airy feel of the look contrasted with grey Jimmy Choo toecap pumps and a few silver rings to round out her look.

Working a sleek bob hairstyle, her makeup was kept light and fresh.

Rose Byrne In Thakoon Addition & Thakoon - SiriusXM Studios

Rose Byrne paid a visit to the SiriusXM Studios on Tuesday (September 16) in New York City.

Working a more casual look, the actress wore a floral-print Thakoon Addition Pre-Fall 2014 blouse paired with Thakoon grey trousers from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection.

While the grey and pink colour combo work well together, I’m not 100% sold on this look. Perhaps I am not a huge fan of the trousers or perhaps I am so used to seeing Rose in chic dresses that this look is too much of a shock to the system.

Rose Byrne In 31 Phillip Lim - 'Adult Beginners' Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Rose Byrne attended the premiere of her film ‘Adult Beginners’ at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival on Monday (September 8) in Toronto, Canada.

The star wore a 3.1 Phillip Lim black silk sleeveless blouse with black mesh and green floral embroidery detailing with a black lace guipere skirt with green floral detailing.

She accessorized the look with Tiffany jewels and classic black pumps.

The mix of textures on this look makes it extremely luxe, and Rose looks absolutely lovely.

A deeply side-parted wavy bob, dark plum lips and slightly flushed cheeks are the perfect dramatic addition to the winning ensemble.

Get The Look: Rose Byrne’s Women in Film Crystal + Lucy Awards Intense Smoky Eye

Rose Byrne 2Celebrity makeup artist Georgie Eisdell worked on Rose Byrne’s makeup for the 2014 Women in Film Crystal + Lucy Awards.

Inspired by her silver lamé Max Mara strapless jumpsuit, Georgie said, “Rose had a modern ’70?s vibe going on, so I wanted to keep her makeup really clean, cool and chic.”

Here’s how to get her look.

The focus was all on her eyes. Georgie started by using Laura Mercier Matte Eye Shadow in Buttercream all over her eyelids for a flawless base.

Then she mixed Laura Mercier Matte Eye Shadow in Twilight Grey with NARS Eye Shadow in Namibia to get the perfect medium shade of grey.

This colour was applied over her lid, blending into the crease slightly to create a smoky effect. The colour was also applied under her eyes to create a deeper smoky effect, graduating from stronger to lighter toward the inner corner under the eye.

Three layers of CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Mascara in Black concluded things in the eye area.

Rose’s skin was evened out using L’Oreal True Match Foundation and powdered all over with Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Powder.

A very small amount of Laura Mercier Second Skin Cheek Color in Honey Mocha was applied to the apple of the cheek and blended back slightly towards the ear.

To define her brows, Laura Mercier Brow duo in Ash was used.

And on her lips, Hourglass Femme Nude Lip Color in Nude #4 gave her a natural pout.

Finally, Tom Ford’s Bronzing Powder in Terra was very lightly applied to the forehead, cheekbones, and chin to add a little warmth.
