Rita Ora In Gucci - Gabrielle's Gala Performance

Rita Ora performed during Gabrielle’s Gala held at the Old Billingsgate in London, England this evening (May 7).

Following her glossy red carpet look, her performance look took a bit of a nose-dive.

Going from glamorous to comical, her Gucci Fall 2014 LBD with leather trims and horsebit detailing deserved better styling.

Rita Ora In Emilio Pucci - Gabrielle's Gala

Having walked the ultimate red carpet on Monday night for the Met Gala in New York City, Rita Ora was back home attending Gabrielle’s Gala held at the Old Billingsgate Market in London this evening (May 7).

The singer sparkled wearing an Emilio Pucci Pre-Fall 2014 floor-length dress that wasn’t too enticing in the look book; however, Rita’s flair and styling turned it into a red-carpet-worthy look.

Embellished with a myriad of gold sequins, the belted, unbuttoned look was styled with Jimmy Choo ‘Rumba’ sandals and a mix of gold and silver jewels.

Working sultry waves, she completed her look with kohl-rimmed eyes and a bold red lip.

Rita Ora In Donna Karan Atelier - 2014 Met Gala

Rita Ora couldn’t be missed on the red carpet of the 2014 Met Gala, hosted on Monday (May 5) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Rocking a romantic rendition of her signature sexy, loud style, the songstress swooped in wearing a Donna Karan Atelier antiqued matte gold and sequined silk tulle gown with a long frothy train.

Lest all that tulle get in the way of her requisite skin-bearing ways, a hip-high slit parted the sea of fabric, allowing her strappy pumps, which wrapped all the way up and over the knee, to lead the charge.

The bondage-inspired shoes also paved the way for the Donna Karan Atelier matching armband, while Lorraine Schwartz jewels, including a barrage of rings, added even more shine to the look.

She perhaps found inspiration in last year’s punk theme for her half-shaven, swept-back platinum ’do.

While this is a softer, more delicate confection, there was no shortage of sultry edge once placed within Rita’s grasp.

Rita Ora In Chanel - 106 & Park

Continuing the promotion of her latest single, ‘I Will Never Let You Down’, Rita Ora paid a visit to 106 & Park at BET studio on Wednesday (April 30) in New York City.

Dressed in a distinctive Chanel Spring 2014 colourful frock featuring an asymmetrical strap and nipped-in waist, the singer perhaps overcooked the look with the gold rope sandals.

On this rare occasion the bold red lip works well with the look, and I love the styling of her cropped ‘do.

You may remember that Naomie Harris previous wore this dress.

I’m sure the next time we will see Rita is at the Met Gala, where she will join the likes of Lupita Nyong’o, Sarah Jessica Parker, Emmy Rossum, Margot Robbie, Jessica Chastain and many, many more.

We will be covering the event live on Monday evening.

Rita Ora In Zimmermann & Vionnet - Out In New York City

Rita Ora was spotted leaving her hotel in New York City again today (April 30) sporting her second look.

With the rain coming down, the British singer donned two coats.

The black outer coat was a Zimmermann Fall 2014 military-style oversized piece, accented with shiny gold buttons and epaulettes.

The second, which is barely seen, was a blue and green striped high-neck coat from Vionnet’s Fall 2014 collection.

I instantly recognised the piece, because I had it in mind for the coat/dress-loving Duchess.

Why is Rita appearing to wear two coats? *Kanye shrug*

Update: So Rita wasn’t wearing two coats. She appeared on VH1’s Morning Buzz wearing the dress below.

Rita Ora In Acne Studios - Out In New York City

Rita Ora was spotted out in New York City on Tuesday (April 29).

The singer, who is working hard to crack America, wore an Acne Studios Fall 2014 look which had plenty of interesting elements.

With a mint-green swirl print playing a huge part here, Rita wore grey tweed cropped trousers and a white silk blouse which was enveloped with a light-grey wrap sweater draped like a warm wool blanket.

This piece couldn’t have been a more appropriate choice considering the rain.

Blacked-out shades, Stuart Weitzman silver ‘Nudist’ sandals, slicked-back hair and a Rimmel red lip completed her urban-chic look.

Does this look work for you, or are you confused by the restrictiveness of the sweater?
