The Hollywood Reporter’s 2017 Women In Entertainment Breakfast Red Carpet Roundup

There were many more fashionable femmes in attendance at The Hollywood Reporter’s 2017 Women In Entertainment Breakfast on Wednesday (December 6) in Hollywood, California, joining Zoey Deutch and Jennifer Lawrence.

Amandla Stenberg: With a bold play on colour-blocking, this Solace London Resort 2018 ensemble celebrated the feminine form—even with menswear-inspired trousers. I like the vivid curve of the red-orange halter in contrast with the white waistband piece. Nicholas Kirkwood embellished pumps completed the look.

Lea Michele: The actress opted for the elegant-girly aesthetic of designer Lela Rose with this floral-embroidered frock.

Isla Fisher: The suiting trend got a punchy, graphic boost in this Alice + Olivia Resort 2018 matching jacket and pants, styled with a coordinating navy blouse.

Lea Michele In J. Mendel – 2017 American Music Awards

Lea Michele didn’t go the micro-mini route for the 2017 American Music Awards on Sunday (November 19) in LA.

I wasn’t expecting this J. Mendel Spring 2018 blush-hue look at all. But I have to say, being unpredictable is working a treat for Lea.

Bring a dose of femininity to the event, a romantic spell is cast with this gown which features an uplifting bodice decked in beads and intricate embroidery.

Lea Michele In Yanina Couture – HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Lea Michele was one of the stylish stars in attendance at the HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards event on Wednesday (November 15) in West Hollywood, California. She joined Nina Dobrev and Kate Bosworth.

The actress has been favoring darker colours recently, and the theme continued with this sharp-shouldered Yanina Couture Fall 2017 ensemble.

The pointed shoulders against the tulle-trimmed hem were a captivating contrast. The cascading embellishment heightened the mix of hard and soft elements.

Another successful juxtaposition was the bare legs against the high neckline, which lightened the outfit for a flattering effect.

Lea Michele In Zuhair Murad – 2017 CMA Awards

Lea Michele joined Carrie Underwood, Ruby Rose, Maren Morris and Miranda Lambert at the 2017 CMA Awards on Wednesday (November 8) in Nashville, Tennessee.

Deviating from the long, voluminous gown trend, ‘The Mayor’ actress selected a short and sassy Zuhair Murad Fall 2017 dress. The mini still had plenty of impact as it was decorated with ornate blue embroidery with tufts of black feathers accenting the waist and sleeves.

I can see the feathers proving to be divisive, but they brought a fun element to the long-sleeved dress. Plus, it’s a detail that the red carpet isn’t over-saturated with.

Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and EF Collection and Vardui Kara jewels finished off the flirty look.

Lea Michele In Ermanno Scervino – HFPA Television Game Changers Panel Discussion

Lea Michele attended the Hollywood Foreign Press Association hosts Television Game Changers Panel Discussion on Thursday (October 26) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress’ style has undergone something of a revamp.

While she still wears sultry dresses from time to time, there is a distinct and deliberate grown up feel about her red carpet looks.

This Ermanno Scervino Resort 2018 ensemble is a classic case, which sees her take an androgynous approach to red carpet dressing.

While the outlook is edgy and masculine the result is effortlessly chic.

Lea Michele In Tanya Taylor – ABC’s ‘The Mayor’ Screening

Lea Michele appears to be in a bewitching mood of late with her recent red carpet looks favoring deeper hues with unique surface detailing. The theme continued at ABC’s ‘The Mayor’ screening on Wednesday (September 27) in West Hollywood.

The actress wore a silver Tanya Taylor dress from Fall 2017. The black piping accented the frock’s subtle print while a softly pleated skirt provided some movement on the lower half.

The modified version of the dress had plenty of appeal, but the furry trim across the bodice would have been a unique element. Plus, it would have coordinated perfectly with Lea’s burgundy lip colour.

Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Harmony’ velvet sandals completed her look.
