Kirsten Dunst In Vivenne Westwood – ‘Unbroken’ LA Premiere

Kirsten Dunst In Vivenne Westwood - 'Unbroken' LA Premiere

Kirsten Dunst attended the LA premiere of ‘Unbroken’ held at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Monday (December 15) in Hollywood, California.

The actress wore a gingham-print Vivienne Westwood dress with a draped neckline and built-in corset, which helped enhance her cleavage.

Many of you have commented on how old-ladyish Kirsten has been looking of late, and I would agree.

Only the cleavage is saving her from falling into that category again here as the hair is terribly ageing.

Coach Backstage Rodeo Drive Event

Coach Backstage Rodeo Drive Event

Coach hosted an event to celebrate the reopening of its Rodeo Drive store with a party and private concert on Thursday (December 11). The Coach Backstage Rodeo Drive event was attended by celebrities who were of course decked out in Coach.

Kate Bosworth: Always on hand to lend her support to a fashion brand, the actress wore a coral leather shirt dress from the Spring 2015 collection styled with Coach clogs in a contrasting brown hue and a Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch. While she did go matchy matchy with the lip colour, I’m glad she didn’t go in the same direction with the shoes that we saw in the look book. The hair? Well, I don’t think I have ever got on board with her hairstyles, and this is no exception.

Chloe Sevigny: The indie actress also wore a Spring 2015 look, rocking a studded baby-blue jacket and printed mini skirt for a very fun, fresh, youthful red carpet spin. Also opting for the Coach clogs, the look was styled with a pink Coach shoulder bag. I’m fully embracing the summery vibe from this look, right down to her California tan and beachy waves.

Kirsten Dunst: While everyone else made a concerted effort, I don’t get that same vibe from Kirsten. The all-black look was broken up with a Coach cream tote, which doesn’t really go with the look.

Who Wore Burberry Prorsum Better…Naomie Harris or Kirsten Dunst?

Who wore burberry better

During her amazing promo tour for ‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’, Naomie Harris wore the first Pre-Fall 2014 look, selecting a pretty mint-green silk dress from Burberry Prorsum.

Opting for an edgy pair of Daniele Michetti sandals, her look was completed with soft tumbling waves and a black clutch.

Kirsten Dunst wore the same dress last week to the Diesel Black Gold at Saks Fifth Avenue launch and Flaunt Magazine’s 15th anniversary party, styling her look with just black pumps.

What was sultry on Naomie was mumsy on Kirsten; the reduction of the plunge, plus the hairstyle and styling contributed to this.

Naomie for the win.

Kirsten Dunst attended the 2014 LACMA Art + Film Gala on Saturday (November 1) in Los Angeles alongside boyfriend Garrett Hedlund.

The actress wore a Gucci Fall 2014 black silk crepe gown with a pointy collar and open-back detail, which she styled with a pair of black high-heeled crystal-encrusted Gucci sandals and a black clutch.

Despite her sophisticated choice being somewhat enlivened by her yellow-gold jewels and retro hairstyle, this failed to excite.

Kirsten Dunst In Burberry Prorsum - Diesel Black Gold at Saks Fifth Avenue Launch and Flaunt Magazine's 15th Anniversary

Kirsten Dunst attended a party to celebrate the launch of Diesel Black Gold at Saks Fifth Avenue and Flaunt Magazine’s 15th anniversary held at SIXTY Beverly Hills on Thursday (October 16) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress wore a Burberry Prorsum Pre-Fall 2014 silk chiffon dress in a fresh mint-green hue which has been modified from the look book to reveal a more demure keyhole detail.

Lightweight, breezy and luxurious, the sheer consistency which shows just a hint of skin is delightfully rendered, with a swishy pleated skirt for feminine volume.

It would’ve been nice had she opted for a delicate pair of sandals; however, she kept it basic with a pair of black pumps.

While they don’t kill the look, they don’t enhance it either.

You may remember that Naomie Harris wore this same look on her ‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’ promo tour.

Get The Look: Kirsten Dunst’s ‘The Two Faces of January’ New York Premiere Makeup

KIRSTEN DUNSTCelebrity makeup artist Pati Dubroff worked with Kirsten Dunst for the premiere of ‘The Two Faces of January’ this week.

Pati shares her beauty inspiration: “For Kirsten’s premiere, I worked off of the very inspiring Chanel Couture dress she wore. It was made of a neoprene type of fabric which gave it structure and had the most beautiful bead work, which is where my palette was drawn from.”

Here’s how to get the look.

Keeping her skin fresh, Pati prepped with Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist and L’Oreal Miracle Blur in the T-zone. After a light finish of foundation, she used Cle de Peau Concealer in Beige to even out the skin.

The brows were given strong definition using Maybelline Define a Brow in Dark Blonde.

For the eyes, she used a matte cream colour shadow on the lid and a matte putty colour shadow in the crease (both by Dior) to even out the lid and give definition. She then applied a matte bone colour on the lid and a matte taupe in the crease (both by Pati Dubroff Perfect Palette).

Next she used a liquid eyeliner from the centre lash line, extending beyond the outer corner with a flick. On top of the liner, she drew another line from the inner corner of the lash line, then extending on top of the black liner (a double liner effect).

This liner was a silver metallic – Chanel Long Lasting Eyeliner in Silver Light. Pati focused the mascara to the outer lashes to keep the inner eye light and bright.

Pati then applied a swirl of Flower Cream Blush in Petunia on the apples of the cheeks.

Finally, the lips got Chanel Rouge Allure in 217 Radieuse, a pale opal pink to mimic the opal beads on the dress.
