Kirsten Dunst In Michael van der Ham – ‘Inside Llewyn Davis’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Kirsten Dunst attended the ‘Inside Llewyn Davis’ premiere during Cannes Film Festival this evening in support of her beau Garrett Hedlund.

I’m going to use this occasion to announce that I don’t really get the hoopla when it comes to Kirsten’s style.

She has had some great red carpet moments, but this should not count as one of them.

I think even Jane Fonda at 75-years-old would stay she’s too young to wear this black sheer Michael van der Ham Fall 2013 gown with black and purple velvet appliqués and white lace embroidery.

This is far too frumpy for my liking. Even for someone who is attending as a plus one.

Kirsten Dunst In Louis Vuitton – 2013 Met Gala

Kirsten Dunst looked surprisingly sexy during her walk down the Met Gala red carpet.

The usually demure actress wore a belted, hunter green Louis Vuitton gown with a plunging neckline and ombré feathering on the skirt.

I don’t know if it’s just that Kirsten is typically so covered up, but I find this look quite crass. With both front cleavage and side boob showing, it seems much too revealing, and while everything that’s showing is perfect fit and perky, the dress isn’t particularly flattering.

The star sticks to her standard in the beauty department with subtle makeup save for a matte coral lip and loose waves in her hair–a relief after this gown.

While this is certainly the event for taking fashion risks, I just can’t get on board with this look for Kirsten.

Do you agree that there is just too much revealed, or do you like her risque look?

Kirsten Dunst In Emilio Pucci – 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards

Kirsten Dunst stepped out on Saturday night for the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, presented by Ketel One and Wells Fargo, at the JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. Live.

Like Selena Gomez and Nicole Richie, the actress gave us another look at Emilio Pucci’s sultry Fall 2013 collection.

This LBD, with its signature Pucci swirl across the chest, checked all the boxes of sexiness: sheer, short and spiked with lace.

But, for some reason, I was still left feeling a bit underwhelmed. If she had just pulled her bunched-up sleeves down, this silhouette would have been ten-times sleeker.

A smoky cat-eye and a black headband both added a touch of ’60s flair, but I wish she had swept back her blonde locks on this occasion.

Kirsten Dunst In Ralph Lauren – 2013 Coachella

Kirsten Dunst and boyfriend Garrett Hedlund attended the Neon Carnival party after a day at the 2013 Coachella Music Festival on Saturday evening.

The ‘Melancholia’ actress was the epitome of 1930s chic in the Double RL Ralph Lauren ‘Stella’ dress.

Her navy printed dress with four patch pockets and clear buttons was styled with a grey cardigan, black sandals, a tan Ralph Lauren Collection cross-body saddle bag and a Jennifer Meyer gold pendant necklace.

Kirsten’s effortless look was the perfect day-to-night festival look.

Kirsten Dunst In Proenza Schouler – ‘Upside Down’ LA Premiere

Kirsten Dunst wore mostly black when she took to the red carpet at the ArcLight Hollywood Theatre on Tuesday evening for the LA premiere of her latest movie, ‘Upside Down’.

Dressed in one of her favourite brands, Proenza Schouler, the actress selected the first look from the design duo’s Fall 2013 collection.

Her black wool-crepe sleeveless dress with asymmetrical cuts and a central slit was styled with Proenza Schouler bi-colour cream-and-black d’orsay pumps from the same collection and a black-and-white marble Stella McCartney clutch.

Glossy blonde tresses, Dior fine jewels – including colourful earrings and a cocktail ring – plus a hot-red lip colour completed her smouldering look.

It takes a lot to keep me interested in an LBD. This one has BDOTW potential; it’s that good. I actually prefer Kirsten’s dress over the runway version.

Kirsten Dunst kept it simple and effortless on the red carpet for BVLGARI’s celebration of Elizabeth Taylor’s collection of BVLGARI jewelry at BVLGARI Beverly Hills boutique in Los Angeles, California yesterday evening.

The actress stayed true to one of her favourite brands: Chloe.

Her black one-shoulder dress with asymmetrical tiers was accented with pearl detailing on the shoulder.

Adding some excitement to her minimalist look, she added a crystallized clutch, studded earrings and a diamond ring by BVLGARI.

A side-swept updo completed her look.

I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t change a thing.
