Kirsten Dunst Wore Tom Ford To The 2026 Golden Globe Awards

Kirsten Dunst attended the 2026 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday alongside her husband Jesse Plemons, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy) for Bugonia.

The Roofman actress wore a Tom Ford green satin gown accented with a crystal chain. Some might say there isn’t much going on here, but two things are worth noting.

I love how this dress evokes late 1990s and early 2000s minimalism, when elegance was about clean lines, fluid fabric, and how the dress sits on the body. It feels perfectly aligned with someone who has grown into her presence, comfortable in simplicity, trusting the tailoring to do the work.

The elegance here feels private rather than performative.
