Katy Perry In Alexandre Vauthier – ‘Witness’ Tour

Looking every bit like she stepped right out of an editorial fashion shoot, Katy Perry was seen on the Australian leg of her ‘Witness’ tour on Friday (June 30).

Her Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2017 look was electric, not only in its blue hue but also in its rarefied combination of ’80s excess with mod, cool-girl leanings.

Her styling only brought more spirit to this style equation, with her cat-eye frames, mini purse, and Stella Luna ‘Cigarette’ pumps providing something of a retro-glam Barbie edge—done up with a cropped, platinum-blonde pixie, of course.

As for the exploded fishnet tights, do I prefer the look without them? Sure. But, then again, it wouldn’t fully be a Katy look without that final touch of exaggeration.

Katy Perry In Stella McCartney – Kiss FM

Fresh from performing at the Glastonbury Festival 2017, Katy Perry couldn’t have been missed at the Kiss FM studio in London on Saturday (June 24).

Designer Stella McCartney, a longtime vegetarian, used her Spring 2017 collection to boldly proclaim her ‘No Fur, No Leather’ message.

No better carrier of that tune than Katy, as she perfectly embraced the neon punchiness of this racerback, word-play dress.

Further carrying through the pop of the frock, she styled it with iridescent, hot-pink heels.

And, while her platinum pixie was on point, her garish stage makeup could have used a washcloth.

Katy Perry In Jean-Paul Gaultier Couture & Sonia Rykiel – Out In Paris & One Love Manchester Benefit Concert

Katy Perry was in Paris on Friday (June 2) before heading to London for the One Love Manchester Benefit Concert on Sunday (June 4).

Out In Paris: While on her way to an radio interview with Nikos Aliagas on TF1, Katy had no need to wear red to stop traffic. This electric, violet-blue hue did the trick. This Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2013 Couture buckle coat dress translated beautifully on her. I love how her platinum pixie cut and white mules brought a mod edge to the striking look.

Katy Perry In Prada & Vika Gazinskaya – The Late Late Show With James Corden

Katy Perry was spotted filming with James Corden for an episode of ‘Carpool Karaoke’ for ‘The Late Late Show’ in LA on Tuesday (May 23).

The new ‘American Idol’ judge wore an 60s-style flowered pattern Prada Spring 2017 blouse with an eye-catching bright-blue vegan leather skirt from Vika Gazinskaya’s Fall 2017 collection.

You’ve gotta love her Stella Luna ‘Carioca’ sandals which add a cool and quirky touch to this fantastic outfit.

Katy Perry In Issey Miyake & Adam Selman – 102.7 KIIS FM’s 2017 Wango Tango

Katy Perry served up two looks for the 102.7 KIIS FM’s 2017 Wango Tango event on Saturday (May 13).

Red Carpet: The singer began the event in a neon-hued Issey Miyake mini dress paired with go-go boots and a punk meets Edie Sedgwick pixie cut that hopefully lasts. The dress, with its unconventional cut and broken up streaks of grey, works in its own Katy-esque way but better when interpreted as part of this theme.

Performance: Katy followed up with that theme in Adam Selman who may as well be Katy’s personal designer as their aesthetics are so perfectly aligned with a harness by Zane Bayne and latex holdups by Vex Latex rounding out the look. Yes, it’s slightly ridiculous and yes it gives vibes of a forgotten ‘Suicide Squad’ character – but this is quirky Katy on top form.

2017 Met Gala After-Party

Katy Perry hosted the Met Gala after party at The Boom Boom at The Standard in New York City in the early hours of Tuesday morning (May 2).

Elle Fanning: The young actress donned her second Miu Miu look of the night. I love how the looks starts out minimal in hue and cut before gathering in pace below the waist with an explosion of multi-colour feathers and embellished Christian Louboutin ‘Body Strass’ pumps. I’m imagining this would’ve looked amazing as a gown for the main event.

Kate Bosworth: Since the majority of you disliked Kate’s Tory Burch red carpet look, I won’t be surprised if you wished she’d worn her Emilio Pucci Spring 2017 boldly hued frock to the main event. It certainly would’ve had a greater impact.

Katy Perry: It was Katy Perry’s party and she will dress as ridiculously as she wants too. My only surprise is that she didn’t wear Ulyana Sergeenko Fall 2016 Couture look with the runway helmet.
