Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Eva Longoria attended the NBC Upfront Presentation, held in New York City on Monday.

The actress, who will serve as an executive producer on a new dating show, looked glamorous in a red silk and chiffon Alberta Ferretti Fall 2012 halter dress.

With sleek blown-out hair, Eva accessorizes the look with a pair of black Brian Atwood pumps, which unfortunately bring down the whole look. This dress deserves much better.

I’m starting to believe she only has Brian Atwood ‘Maniac’ pumps in her closet.

Even though ‘Desperate Housewives’ may have concluded this past Sunday, I have a feeling we will continue to see more of Eva on the red carpet.

Eva Longoria had a very busy day promoting the last ever episode of ‘Desperate Housewives’ which airs in the US on May 13.

The actress started her day at ‘Good Morning America’ in New York City where she was spotted signing autographs for fans wearing an Elie Saab dress.

Her dove-grey cap-sleeve dress from the Spring 2011 collection was teamed with a gorgeous pair of Brian Atwood purple suede ‘Nash’ slingbacks.

Eva’s next stop was the Ed Sullivan Theater where she donned a Victoria Beckham Spring 2012 dress.

Her sporty black body-con dress with pale-grey grosgrain shoulder straps was once again styled with an interesting pair of Brian Atwood heels.

The blush satin ‘Vanity’ sandals have a black heel and a black fringe and gold accents at the back.

Is anyone else sad to see the end of ‘Desperate Housewives’?

Joining Charlize Theron at the POLITCO table, Eva Longoria attended the 2012 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner on Saturday evening.

In one of the evening’s rare cocktail-length dresses, Eva showed off her petite frame wearing a Marchesa Fall 2012 dress.

With a high collar, brocade pattern and strong architectural skirt, a dress of this nature could easily overpower Eva’s 5’0” height, but the actress completely works it.

An elegant updo gives off an illusion of height, as well as an extra dose of sophistication.

It’s a shame that I feel I can’t give Eva a genuine compliment as she ruins the look with Brian Atwood black pumps.

Eva Longoria hosted the Vanity Fair and Chrysler celebration of her eponymous charity in Hollywood on Thursday evening, which was supported by her besties, Victoria Beckham and Kate Beckinsale.

The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star wore a daring Cushnie et Ochs Spring 2012 cocktail dress.

The strapless black dress boasted a deep v-neck with architectural cut-outs.

We’ve seen a lot of Cushnie et Ochs on the red carpet in just the past week alone, but this sleek dress just might be my favourite.

Black Brian Atwood pumps and a poof-ed up-do complete the look.

I love picture below as VB is striking her signature pose even when seated.

Eva Longoria hosted a Pre-Oscar flamenco party at her Hollywood restaurant, Beso, on Wednesday night.

Rather than wear an obvious flamenco dress, Eva wore an all black Zuhair Murad Fall 2011 look.

Wide-leg silk pants paired with a sheer lace blouse give the actress a very masculine meets feminine look.

A wide side-braid plays up the femininity of the sheer top, worn with smoky eyes and a glossy lip.

While wide-legged pants help elongate the leg, I find this look to be unflattering on the petite actress.

Kudos for switching things up on the red carpet, but better luck next time.

A side-swept plait, Ferragamo pumps and a black clutch completed her look.
