Emma Stone In Chloé – ‘Magic In The Moonlight’ Paris Premiere

Emma Stone In Chloé - 'Magic In The Moonlight' Paris Premiere

Emma Stone was back on the red carpet for the ‘Magic in the Moonlight’ premiere held at UGC Cine Cite Bercy on Thursday (September 11) in Paris, France.

The actress wore a Chloe Resort 2015 black dress featuring a fringe trim around the bodice and a guipure lace skirt. Sadly, and uncharacteristically, I didn’t find myself loving this look.

Despite there being so much detail, I find the dress quite bland by Emma’s standards.

The only things that pique my interest here are her gorgeous Christian Louboutin ‘Pensamoi’ black velvet peep-toe ankle-strap sandals with red flower embellishments, as well as her marcel waves and the green eye makeup which makes her eyes pop.

Emma Stone In Antonio Berardi – ’99 Homes’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Emma Stone In Antonio Berardi - '99 Homes' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Andrew Garfield attended the 2014 Venice Film Festival to promote his new movie ’99 Homes’ last week.

The premiere took place on Friday (August 29) where he appeared to be flying solo, but girlfriend Emma Stone – who attended her own ‘Birdman’ premiere two days before - was there to support her beaded fella.

Not seen on the red carpet, she was spotted leaving the premiere hand-in-hand with her beau working an understated, typically chic look by Antonio Berardi.

Graced with a compelling femininity her Resort 2015 black silk and lace dress with a rise and fall hemline styled with black Louboutins.

The perfect plus one, not-stealing-the-spotlight-but-still-a-red-carpet-worthy look wouldn’t you agree?

Best Dressed Of The Week – Lizzy Caplan In Donna Karan Atelier, Emma Stone In Valentino Couture, Allison Williams In Giambattista Valli Couture & Nikolaj Coster-Waldau In Salvatore Ferragamo

Best Dressed Of The Week - Lizzy Caplan In Donna Karan Atelier, Emma Stone In Valentino Couture

It was a week where glamour came back to the red carpet, with the Emmy Awards and the Venice Film Festival, and it’s from those two events that you couldn’t separate your favourites.

Lizzy Caplan swept you away in her Donna Karan Atelier black and white gown and Emma Stone was breathtaking making her return to the red carpet with a new ‘do in Valentino Couture.

I, on the other hand, had narrowed my favourites down to four. After much deliberation I picked Allison Williams in her enchanting Giambattista Valli Couture gown, which may have been too princessey for some, but this look swept me away.

There were many fine gents in suits this week. Mostly all black, so how do you pick them apart?

By the impeccable tailoring, slight detailing – such as contrasting buttons, a pocket square and straight bow tie – and of course devilishly good looks play their part, so up steps Nikolaj Coster-Waldau in Salvatore Ferragamo to collect his prize for the win.

Emma Stone In Valentino Couture – ‘Birdman’ Venice Film Festival Premiere & Opening Ceremony

Emma Stone In Valentino Couture - 'Birdman' Venice Film Festival Premiere & Opening Ceremony

Having recently wrapped filming Woody Allen’s ‘Magic in the Moonlight’, Emma Stone attended the premiere of her latest movie, ‘Birdman’, during the opening ceremony of the 2014 Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy this evening (August 24).

Sporting a new shorter hairstyle – which we didn’t notice at the photocall as her hair was swept up into an updo – the actress glided down the red carpet wearing a Valentino Fall 2014 Couture gown; a frothy green tulle gown, no less.

Be still my beating heart.

Despite the red-hair green-gown combo setting my senses on fire, everything about this look is so poised, serene and elegant.

This is what my red carpet dreams are made of.

Keeping the bling to a bare minimum with only rings by Graziela Gems and EF Collection, she styled her breathtaking look with Jimmy Choo ‘Xenia’ sandals and a ‘Cameo’ clutch in gold.

Emma Stone In Proenza Schouler – ‘Birdman’ Venice Film Festival Photocall

Emma Stone In Proenza Schouler - 'Birdman' Venice Film Festival Photocall

Emma Stone made a typically well-presented appearance on the red carpet this afternoon for the Venice Film Festival photocall for her latest movie, ‘Birdman’.

After favouring a lot of collar-accented frocks for ‘The Spider-Man 2′ promo tour, she kicked off this campaign opting for a more laidback yet chic look from Proenza Schouler.

Decked out in black and white woodblock-printed viscose crepe pants and a black tweed chiffon top from the Resort 2015 collection, she styled the look with white Christian Louboutin ‘Door Knock’ pumps accented with rhinestones.

I’m already drooling in anticipation for her look this evening.
