Milla Jovovich loves to dress sexy.

She’s never had a problem showing off her super fit toned body, but for the LA premiere of her latest movie “A Perfect Getaway” she was uncharacteristically covered up.

The actress walked the red carpet wearing a stunning Temperley London Spring 2009 white gown with yellow and silver beaded detail on the shoulders and on the empire waist.

Her look was completed with Christian Dior heels, a diamond bracelet, a silver clutch and a gold necklace.

I was loving the look until I saw the gold necklace. There’s just no need for it as the embellishments on the gown are enough.

I’m also not a fan of mixing gold and silver together.

When I saw Katherine Heigl walk the red carpet in London tonight for “The Ugly Truth” premiere, I had to break my no blogging after 7pm rule as I’m a sucker for anything that sparkles.

Katherine blew me away wearing a green Naeem Khan Resort 2010 emerald green paillette covered draped one-shoulder sheath dress with belt tied around her waist.

The colour is outstanding against her now red hair. I really love green worn by red heads. It’s a beautiful combination – think Isla Fisher at the 2007 Oscars and Amy Adams at the 2008 Oscars.

Her hair was styled into a updo and her make-up was light. It’s a really muggy night in London, so I get the dewy glow.

Her dress was paired with silver sandals, a gold cuff and the hunky Gerard Butler on her arm.

What a lucky girl.

Picking a Best Dressed celeb this week is going to be very difficult.

After wowing us in her red Bottega Veneta ensemble last week, Penelope Cruz appears to be on a roll as she looked outstanding wearing a forest green custom Herve L. Leroux gown to the Berlin premiere of “Los Abrazos Rotos (Broken Embraces)” yesterday.

I adore her draped one-shoulder gown as its such a classic red carpet look.

She really got everything right from the make-up, the subtle jewelry and her hair pulled back to show-off her neckline.

Regular readers will know that during awards season I was really frustrated with Cruz, but she appears to be back on top of her game.

Despite this laid back casual look for the “Broken Embraces” photocall in Berlin, Penelope still looks very glamorous in jeans, a black blazer, a chiffon print blouse and black peep-toes.

Diane Kruger channeled her inner Karl Lagerfeld as she arrived at the Melbourne premiere of “Inglourious Basterds” wearing a Chanel ensemble including Uncle Karl’s trademark stiff collared shirt.

The rest of her look included a black tapered pants, braces, Christian Louboutin Mary Janes, and a black embellished bow.

Diane loves black bows. She’s worn them on the red carpet many times before.

Her masculine look is made oh so feminine with her hair styled in a classic up do.

I wonder if she can win Best Dressed of The Week with this look.

I think this is the first time I have ever had a girl crush on Sienna Miller.

I’ve always seen her as a Kate Moss clone or a serial husband stealer, but for once it’s her style that I’m focusing on because she continues to give us something fresh and new each time she takes to the red carpet.

On Friday she attended a special screening of “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” at Andrews Air Force Base in Camp Springs, Maryland with her cast mates.

Opting out of wearing army fatigue the actress wore a beautiful Isabel Marant Fall 2009 printed dress with a ruched bodice and 3/4 length sleeves.

Her dress was paired with some lusty worthy booties from the same collection and a collection of platinum bangles.

Her hair was uncharacteristically blown out and she opted for a pop of red on her lips.

This is my favourite look so far on this promotional tour.

After falling in love with Penelope Cruz’ look, I’m brought right back down to earth by Amy Adams.

The star wore a stunning white floral print Carolina Herrera Resort 2010 gown with intricate bead work, but for me it doesn’t work on Amy.

I assume many of you will love it, and if you do let me know via the comments because for me this isn’t a Best Dressed Of The Week contender.

She looks a little tired, the dress doesn’t flatter her, her hair is really mumsy plus the off-the-shoulder neckline looks awkward on her yet elegant on the model.

Apart from the gown and the gold VBH clutch I don’t like anything here.

German actress Diane Kruger looked absolutely outstanding when she arrived on the red carpet in her native country to promote her new film “Inglourious Basterds”.

She injected some much needed glamour to the event by wearing a luxurious tea rose Hervé Léger by Max Azria Resort 2010 dress with square-cut shoulders, which showed off her toned legs.

Doesn’t she make you want to worked that much harder in pilates class?

Armlets, gold heels and a silver clutch completed the look, but I just love that pop of red on her lips. I also love her hair in preference to her London premiere hairstyle.

This is case and point when I say I love Hervé Léger depending on the wearer.

A reality TV star will wear the same brand tomorrow and I’ll want to burn every bandage dress in sight.

Earlier in the day Diane wore a fruity canary yellow Louis Vuitton Resort 2010 strapless dress with an oversized bow on the bodice and gold buttons which added a nautical feel to the dress.

She only accessorized with gold earrings, keeping her hair wavy and her make-up light and fresh.

This look feels a lot more casual to her premiere dress, but it’s just as chic.
