Yesterday evening, Naomi Campbell made a guest appearance on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’, which is taped at the Rockefeller Center in New York City.
The model was there to promote her new Oxygen show, ‘The Face’, which aired last night in the US.
Giving us our second look from the Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2013 collection, Naomi wore a black-and-white dress with velvet panels, laser-cut detailing on the skirt, a white collar, white pleated cuffs, and a white skirt underlay.
Opting not to wear the look-book leather over-the-knee boots, the supermodel styled her look with Alaïa ankle boots.
I probably would’ve saved this look for Rooney Mara or Elle Fanning, as the look has a sweet schoolgirl vibe to it, but the leggy model’s authoritative stance prevents this look from feeling too girlie for her.

Looooove this. It combines so many elements that seem like they would be contradictory — schoolgirl, edgy, tailored, punkish — yet it totally works. I wonder how much of that is Naomi…. I would love to see this look on someone else to compare.
It is a lovely dress (though too short) but it’s way too cute for Naomi.
Completely loooove the dress & the booties, but I so agree that Naomi wasn’t the one who should be wearing it.
What a fabulous dress. I think she is rocking it.
+1. It almost makes her look like a nice and sweet person…
Love this on Naomi
I’m torn. I LOVE this dress and I’m liking it on Naomi, but I can’t help but wish someone a little less statuesque had sported it. But Naomi definitely is work’n it and looks beautiful!
I think she looks good in it. Not sure whether over the knee boots or Alaia sandals would have made more of a statement with the dress rather than those ankle boots.
She looks ok.
Oh what a fun dress! I can see that it might skew a little younger, but she’s working it well. And, oddly enough, I just love the fact that it has long sleeves. Seems like hardly anyone ever wears them anymore and they can create such a nice line.
I only like the dress.
Best dressed.
Naomi can’t do no wrong, i love her in McQueen
The creation looks stunning , however a thinner and more petite individual would have rocked this number. Sorry Naomi it looks like you playing dress up and all you need now is a doll house.
