Emily truly steals the show in a sea of frothy frocks, standing out wearing a black column gown with deco beading details on the shoulder.
Opting for a minimalist, slicked-back hairstyle and a classic smoky eye, Emily accessorized with a charcoal-hued shimmering clutch, and luxe – yet subtle – jewels including a Plukka ‘Hera’ cuff.
Emily usually fades into the background but this unique, fierce look made her stand out.

I guess shoulder pads are back. As someone with plenty of shoulders of my own, I can’t say I’m happy about that. My mother would be ecstatic though.
That said, Emily looks fabulous.
One of the best black gowns I’ve seen and it fits her perfectly. I love the beading details on the shoulders. The hair and make-up is fine too. The clutch is OK, but the earrings don’t really suit with the beading.
