Olivia Palermo was in Madrid, Spain yesterday evening attending the Marie Claire Prix de la Moda Awards 2012, which were held at the French Embassy.
She kept her look very simple, wearing a Dior long-sleeve gown.
I love the delicate embellished neckline, which adds a touch of pizzazz to this look. I think this look would’ve been boring without that subtle detail.
Carrera y Carrera’s Gardenias ring, pearl earrings and a silver bracelet accessorized her look.
Pops of colour were added via her red nail polish and maroon clutch.
An elegant bun, pink lips and kohl-rimmed eyes provided the finishing touches.

I like this a lot, but think the dress would have benefited from a belt to add a little shape.
Beautiful, clean, elegant, love how the gown skims her figure softly giving her a lean flowing silhouette, glad it’s not interrupted by a belt, her accessories punch up the look perfectly, and her elegant simple bun is perfect for this look. There are a few contenders on BDOTW poll that I’d gladly replace with this look.

This might be the best I’ve ever seen her (especially on the red carpet). Sometimes she over does it with the accessories, but this is pitch perfect. I especially appreciate how tall she looks in this in spite of her petite size.
