Penelope Cruz was back on the red carpet again last night for the ‘Venuto Al Mondo’ premiere at The Space Moderno in Rome, Italy.
As hoped, she wore a vintage Versace gown for the occasion.
Her silk jersey one-shoulder turquoise draped gown is a beautiful colour on her olive skin.
This dress is far more flattering than her previous look and perfectly accessorized with Chopard jewels and silver Jimmy Choo sandals.
Kohl-rimmed eyes, a simple bun and a cream shawl completed her look.
I wish she had handed the shawl to someone during the photo-op.

She looks beautiful, I really like this, but I agree about the shawl.
Wooow, she is a vision!
This picture made my day.
she breathtaking here!
Nooooo! You can see both her bra AND her corsetry!! The dress is beautiful, but that’s an epic fail for me. She’s a red carpet veteran who should know better.
Just noticed that.
Sadly, I have to agree. What a shame, the color is glorious.
First thing I noticed. What a shame!
I was trying to figure out what was wrong with the look. You nailed it.
Exactly and it makes her look wider than she is.
I think she should have waited till she lost all her baby weight before taking this beautiful Versace out of her closet
Gorgeous. I only wish she had worn a different lipstick with a bit of color.
The dress is not doing her body any favors. She looks thick the waist. I only like the color.
WOOOOOOOOOOW YES! Shawl aside, this is BDOTW worthy. I love the color and the flawless draping. She looks like a mermaid
She should wear her hair down more often.
I love the color on her, but the dress does nothing for her figure and seeing outlines of undergarments bothers me.
Stunning!
maybe since the baby she’s just not into this stuff anymore, or something, cuz I’m just not getting life or verve from her anymore. She doesn’t seem lit from within like before, so all her looks have been underwhelming.
Even with the noticeable corset I like this look.
