Christina Hendricks can be very hit and miss, so I was happy to see her veer into ‘hit’ territory at the 2012 Emmy Awards on Sunday evening.
The ‘Mad Men’ star looked very pretty in a custom Christian Siriano strapless belted trumpet gown.
Her silver gown was a perfect match for her alabaster skin and gorgeous red locks.
With one of the most gorgeous figures in Hollywood, I’m thrilled that Christina has once again found a look to complement her beauty.
A Judith Leiber clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, including $1,850,000 earrings, provided the finishing touches.

this dress appears to be way too tight for her
I agree-especially tight around the bust
This is the best she’s ever looked in a while. I love it, the dress seems a bit tight but that doesn’t bother me
total knock out!
I love this figure hugging dress on Christina
I agree, she looks fantastic!
ITA!
i’m sold!
She looks good, it must be very difficult to dress her huge breasts. I wouldn’t describe her as “one of the most gorgeous figures in Hollywood”!
” I wouldn’t describe her as ‘one of the most gorgeous figures in Hollywood’!”
LOL! Nor would I, as it is very difficult for her to find things that don’t make her look either matronly, chunky, or vulgar.
That’s why I cut her a lot of slack in the fashion department.
On this occasion I think she succeeds in looking both sexy and classy. And the whole look draws most of our attention to her beautiful face and hair.
Mad men is how lots of us are sure that it’s possible to dress her and make her look gorgeous! Too bad she can’t dress herself though :S
I agree, but I think that fashion now is made for flat girls. She looks fabulous on Mad Men, but she can’t go to every event dressed in 50′s and 60′s style dresses. I do, however, agree that she is very hit and miss on the red carpet, but I agree with FC about having one of hollywood’s most divine bodies!
Hannah, I think that it’s easier to dress flat women, because clothes fit better. After all, almost all the models have small breasts, but hers are really huge! In my opinion, if I think about gorgeous figures in Hollywood, women like Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz, Diane Kruger come to my mind, maybe just because I prefer more athletic bodies. But even if I understand the difficulty to dress her without making her look too provocative or tacky, I think she doesn’t have a good sense of style.
Love this, envy her figure so much! Love the fit and colour of the dress and the belt is a perfect touch, perfect make-up and I love her earrings!
Wow! I’m not bowled over by the dress, but her hair and makeup, and earrings – perfection. She has never looked as beautiful.
I don’t love it, but it’s definitely better than many of her past looks.
The dress is kind of ugly – belt buckles on evening wea, blergh! Somehow she still manages to look stunning. Beauitful makeup and hair!
She glows.:)
I love the shape of the dress on her but wish the belt was in another colour-it just looks bland
She’s a total knockout, but I wish the colour was a little darker. I remember it ooking a bit darker on tv and it was stunning.
Almost, but it IS too tight still! If it were looser, more covered in the bust area, and perhaps with draped cap sleeves this would be a huge improvement for her. It’s not the worst she’s looked but it is far from the best.
She looks nice but I would’ve liked it in a bolder colour and without the bulky buckle.

This dress is flattering to her shape. Maybe a little tight but she looks good.
the dress is too boring to care about but her hair and makeup looks great.
oh god I want her hair…beautiful!!!
I hate to disagree with everyone but this dress looks awful…i don’t like the fit or the color…i don’t like the hair and the lipstick, the earrings seem too much as well…
The dress is ok but hate the belt.
I think it’s a big miss.
i totally agree
a little tight but she looks amazing.
I love it it’s very jessica rabbit-ish! but she has worn this many times before and christian siriano designed it even more times, enough please!
From the side angle on TV, that bust line looked horrible. It wasnt fittin quite right and seemed to gape forward. It gave a very odd silhouette from that angle and made the dress look bad.
