Kurt Geiger’s Starheel Supers

Yesterday afternoon I was at Kurt Geiger HQ to check out their Fall 2012 offerings.

The part of the studio which caught my eye the most was the Kurt Geiger Starheel Supers collection.

With ‘The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman’ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ currently in cinemas, this couldn’t be a more apt time to release a superhero collection.

Each shoe has a special power.

Esme: Has the power platform with inhuman leg lengthening abilities for your sexiest silhouette imaginable

Iris: Paints the pavement as you fly skyscraper high over the rainbow

Elena’s alter-ego is downtime guardian of your universe, aka. the fierce flat

Elektra: Your chariot awaits with the wonder-wedge and need-for-speed go-faster spikes

Eris: Don’t be fooled by the playful peek-a-boo peep toe. This platform is your retroactive rocket shooting studs

Yesterday evening blogger Bip Ling arrived at the Warner Music Group Pre-Olympics Party in the Southern Tanks Gallery at the Tate Modern in London pairing her Kurt Geiger ‘Iris’ tri-colour slingbacks with an uber-cute blue-and-yellow mini mod dress.
