Eva Longoria hosted a Pre-Oscar flamenco party at her Hollywood restaurant, Beso, on Wednesday night.
Rather than wear an obvious flamenco dress, Eva wore an all black Zuhair Murad Fall 2011 look.
Wide-leg silk pants paired with a sheer lace blouse give the actress a very masculine meets feminine look.
A wide side-braid plays up the femininity of the sheer top, worn with smoky eyes and a glossy lip.
While wide-legged pants help elongate the leg, I find this look to be unflattering on the petite actress.
Kudos for switching things up on the red carpet, but better luck next time.
A side-swept plait, Ferragamo pumps and a black clutch completed her look.

Terrible, truly terrible. I can find nothing to recommend this look. So many wrongs here, it is diffcult to know where to even begin – an excess of fake tan, a clumsy side braid that makes her appear as though she is desperately grasping at her lost youth, an ensemble that manages to look both frumpy and tacky …
+1
The fit is not good, she’s so petite that she needs to watch it with the big volume tops. The braid looks awfully tacky.
Hate the hair. The side braid is tired and not everyone call pull off that look.
+1
I love everything but the hair
I think its the picture as I have seen other pictures from that night in other angles and she looked HOT!
The sidebraid doesnt work, but so glad to see her switching up her style, she looks fabulous.
I find this tacky.
Thrift-store pirate costume. BAD.
Me likey!
Stunning
She never quite gets any of it right. She’s always either overly tanned and it detracts from the look or she’s added some tacky looking accessories to ruin the original look or her hairstyle overpowers the delicateness of the outfit or there is way too much going on. I want to tell her to pick a focal point and stick with it and enough with all the embellishments.
