Marion Cotillard In Christian Dior – Cesar’s Revelations 2012

Marion Cotillard attended Chaumet’s Cocktail Party for Cesar’s Revelations 2012 on Monday in Paris, France.

The French actress wore a Christian Dior dress.

Her beige dress with a black embroidered floral detail on the front was styled with black tights and black patent pumps.

A simple updo and pink lips completed her look.

This is part cute, mostly boring.

She can do so much better.

Too young for her, esp. with that hair and makeup and lack of accessories, she looks like a teenager, and the boring black tights-pumps combo bring this look down entirely, weighing it down. Don´t like this at all.

The lace applique is pretty but I don’t like how it’s just on the front of the dress–I would prefer it to cover the entire thing. Also, the dress doesn’t seem to fit her very well. Her hair and makeup are fresh and pretty but the overall look is nothing to get excited about.

The dress is sweet but ditching the black tights and adding some interesting shoes would have totally elevated this look.

Either there’s a hierarchy at Dior or she’s just an incredibly average dresser and needs some style tips. Either way, her and Charlize need to talk.
