Zendaya Coleman In Moschino – ‘The Greatest Showman’ Sydney Premiere

Zendaya Coleman attended the Sydney premiere of ‘The Greatest Showman’ at The Star today (December 20) in Australia.

I know some will always label Zendaya “try-hard”, but I will always admire her creative and the way she always manages to evolve, not only from promo tour to promo tour, but from event to event.

So if trying hard means keeping me thoroughly entertained, I’ll take it.

Wearing a butterfly-print Moschino Spring 2018 gown, I’m instantly captivated by the bright pops of colour and gorgeous wrap design.

If I didn’t know better, I would say it was custom made for the actress as it makes a quirky statement, it perfectly suited to her skin tone and like a butterfly, her transformation over the last twelve months has been stratospheric.

Kylie Minogue In Alice McCall – ‘Swinging Safari’ Melbourne Premiere

Kylie Minogue stepped out at the ‘Swinging Safari’ Melbourne premiere on Thursday (December 14).

The singer’s Alice McCall Resort 2018 dress exuded alluring femininity with the asymmetric detailing creating a striking effect with the polka dot pattern.

The ruching could have come across as messy, but the tailoring of the frock married with the cut-outs produced a chic finish that enhanced her petite frame.

Dolce & Gabbana shoes added the right amount of shine.

Julia Michaels In Winonah – 31st Annual ARIA Awards

The last time we saw Julia Michaels she was decked out in layers of tulle, but for the 31st Annual ARIA Awards earlier today (November 28) in Sydney, Australia, the kept things simple.

She wore a velvet burgundy strapless bustier dress by Winonah.

For high-toned seduction this velvet mini dress looks so opulent in its dark-red hue.

Unfortunately, I’m not entirely sure the dress flatters Julia.

Something appears slighly off around the bodice and the waist area.

Melissa George In Schiaparelli Couture – Derby Day

On Saturday (November 4) Melissa George was at the Kennedy Marquee on Derby Day held at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne, Australia.

The actress is a regular in the front row of Schiaparelli Paris Fashion Week shows, so I wasn’t surprised to see her wearing a look from the brands Fall 2017 Couture collection.

I was, however, thrown by the styling, as it feels like there’s one thing too much going on here.

I like the hat – it was Derby Day after all – but I think the bag and perhaps the lace gloves were a tad overkill.

Jennifer Hawkins In Alex Perry – Emirates Melbourne Cup Day

Jennifer Hawkins joined Paris Jackson at the Emirates Melbourne Cup Day on Tuesday (November 7) in Melbourne, Australia.

The Australian model had a real princess moment in Alex Perry Resort 2018. The full ballet pink skirt was toughened up with a black sheer top with corset under layer.

Black strappy sandals and a dark clutch played up the sultry allure of the top.

A black and pale pink floral headband was the cohesive finishing touch which elevated the ensemble to fairy tale status.

Paris Jackson In Morrison – Emirates Melbourne Cup Day

Paris Jackson attended the Emirates Melbourne Cup Day on Tuesday (November 7) in Melbourne, Australia.

The model has been favoring a bohemian edge during her last few red carpet appearances and this continued with this Morrison dress. The muted red colour combined with the sheer frill details had an easy elegance.

The brown ankle boots, multiple pieces of jewellery and Ann Shoebridge headpiece played up the effortless vibe. Some might crave fewer accessories, but I think the jewellery presented a cohesive finish. I also loved the modernity of the headpiece compared to the typical fascinator.

What do you think of the ensemble?

Shanina Shaik In Dion Lee – Melbourne Cup Carnival Media Preview Day

Shanina Shaik was back home for Melbourne Cup Carnival Media Preview Day at Flemington Racecourse earlier today (November 2) in Australia.

The model supported local designer Dion Lee by wearing a striking look from his Resort 2018 collection.

While the event required a hat, I don’t think the Millinery Jill one she selected was the right choice for this frock.

A sculptural fascinator would’ve been a more dynamic choice methinks.
