Meghan, Duchess Of Sussex – Australia Visit Day 6 & 7

The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Visit Australia

Here is a roundup from the less formal events that have been attended by Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex during their Australia trip.

Invictus Games: Prior to the opening ceremony, the Duchess opted to go casual in Altuzarra’s ‘Acacia’ Blazer from the Resort 2019 collection, styled with a black shirt, and Mother ‘Looker – Not Guilty’ jeans. My issue with this look is the blazer. Aside from the stark white, I find it really unflattering.

Joanne Froggatt In Reformation – ‘A Crooked Somebody’ LA Screening

It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Joanne Froggatt, so I was more than happy to spot her return at the LA screening for ‘A Crooked Somebody’ on Friday (February 16).

This Reformation ‘Bonnie’ dress offered a fresh take on the wrap silhouette and high-low hem, assuring plenty of girlish femininity in the slight pouf sleeves.

I like the extra spark afforded by her metallic accessories to enliven the richness of the forest-green hue.

Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Grants Banquet Red Carpet Roundup

Elisabeth Moss wasn’t the only one in attendance at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Grants Banquet on Wednesday (August 2) in Beverly Hills, California, as more stars joined her on the red carpet.

Jenny Slate: Jenny has had an amazing run lately, so I had high expectations for this outing. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed a bit with her presentation of this Etro outfit that was styled with metallic Nicholas Kirkwood ‘Penelope Pearl’ heels and Ileana Makri jewels. The top half was reminiscent of a bathrobe with her bra peeking through, and it seemed a clunky pairing to the diagonal stripes in the skirt below. Her bedhead hair and makeup also seemed to be mere afterthought.

Alison Brie: Alison’s fringed, metallic Thai Nguyen Atelier Pre-Fall 2017 dress presented as far more polished effect with plenty of sultry, modern flapper appeal. Eva Fehren jewelry and Jimmy Choo heels completed the look.

Aja Naomi King: There was nothing so significant about the silhouette of this effortless, boho-flowy Reformation dress, but its sunny, yellow colour was positively radiant on Aja.

Olivia Wilde In Reformation – ‘The Wolfpack’ New York Premiere

Olivia Wilde In Reformation - 'The Wolfpack' New York Premiere

Olivia Wilde attended ‘The Wolfpack’ New York premiere at the Sunshine Landmark on Tuesday (June 9) in New York City.

Serving up summer inspiration, the actress wore a Reformation halter dress which combines two types of bold floral prints giving this look a patchwork effect.

While I’m celebrating her stepping into summer and not opting for an LBD, I have to say I’m not a fan of the red sandals with this look.

I would’ve pretty much settled for white over the red.

Jena Malone In Reformation – The Holy Other: A Series Of Photos By Jena Malone Opening Reception

Jena Malone In Reformation - The Holy Other A Series Of Photos By Jena Malone Opening Reception

Jena Malone hosted the opening reception of her photo series ‘The Holy Other’ on Friday evening (November 21) in Los Angeles.

The ‘Hunger Games’ star got really dressed up for the occasion wearing a Reformation ‘Constance’ off-the-shoulder gown featuring a sweetheart neckline.

Her bridemaid-esque gown was very elegantly styled with a braided updo and pretty glossy pink lip, but when I look at the other attendees, I have to wonder if she was overdressed. Were they undressed or does it not matter as she was the lady of the hour?
