César Revelations 2019

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features César Revelations 2019 with Berenice Bejo, Monica Bellucci, Diane Rouxel, Lily-Rose Depp

There were many more ladies who joined Marion Cotillard and Kristin Scott Thomas for the annual 2019 César Revelations hosted in Paris, France, on Monday (January 14).

Berenice Bejo: Despite the dazzling embellished Balmain blazer dress, my eyes fell immediately to her colourful Pierre Hardy sandals. I’m not sure everyone will agree that this style works with this dress, but I certainly appreciate the effort.

Monica Bellucci: The Italian actress smolders when wearing just about anything. It’s in her DNA. Dressed in signature all-black with a Chanel blazer with midnight blue and red sequins, I’m surprised Monica didn’t opt for a red lip here, but I love the fresh approach.

Berenice Bejo In Miu Miu – ‘La Quietud (The Quietitude)’ Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Berenice Bejo In Miu Miu - 'La Quietud (The Quietitude)' Venice Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Berenice Bejo attended the ‘La Quietud (The Quietitude)’ photocall and premiere during the 2018 Venice Film Festival on Sunday (September 2) in Italy.

Photocall: In Miu Miu, her first outing was a standout shimmering appearance in gold and silver chevron sequins. I love the swing ’60s vibe of the look which her blunt bangs enhance and given authenticity to the look.

Premiere: Once again retro in its psychedelic colours, and contemporary in its daring cut (and cutouts), Berenice definitely came to steal the spotlight at this festival in this Miu Miu creation.

Both looks were styled with Boucheron jewels.

Berenice Bejo In Gucci – ‘Redoubtable’ London Film Festival Premiere

Berenice Bejo joined Stacy Martin at the ‘Redoubtable’ London Film Festival premiere on Saturday (October 7).

Gucci made another appearance on the film festival’s red carpet in this Pre-Fall 2017 design that offered up a slightly more subdued take on embellished glamour—by Gucci standards, anyway.

With the shocking-pink bodice and decorative bow brooch, not much else was needed. So, I’m glad she left the long opera gloves off.

I do question the one-sided hairstyle, as it felt just a tiny bit forced here.

Berenice Bejo In Miu Miu – ‘Redoubtable’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

After an appearance at the Deauville American Film Festival Closing Ceremony, Berenice Bejo graced the Toronto Film Festival red carpet at the ‘Redoubtable’ premiere on Thursday (September 14).

With the more casual nature of TIFF, the actress donned a shocking pink Miu Miu dress with smocked waist and a contrasting lace collar.

Berenice’s two-tone shoes tied in the black and white collar while grounding the diaphanous fabric of the pink piece.

Berenice Bejo In Elie Saab – Deauville American Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Joining Charlotte Le Bon at the closing ceremony of the Deauville American Film Festival, Bérénice Bejo was also on the red carpet on Saturday (September 9) in France.

As Charlotte wore Dior throughout the festival, Bérénice showed the same affinity to designer Elie Saab.

For her finale look, she wore a piece from the Spring 2017 collection that continued her rich, glamour-forward stance—with a slightly more lighthearted mood in the sheer and fringe elements.

I love the electric teal-blue hue that flashed through the dress.

Berenice Bejo In Elie Saab – ‘Good Time’ Deauville American Film Festival Premiere

Berenice Bejo wore her second Elie Saab gown to for the ‘Good Time’ premiere during the 2017 Deauville American Film Festival on Saturday (September 2).

As someone who loves hyper-glamorous pieces, which fuse Grecian drapery with spectacular fabrications, this look swept me off my feet.

Irresistibly flattering this shimmering Resort 2018 gown commands attention further with its sultry deep V-neck and perfectly correlating side slit.

Finished with a red matte red lip, this look proves once again that Elie Saab and Berenice Bejo are perfectly matched.
