CĂ©line Dion Makes a Compelling Case for McQueen’s New Tailoring

Ahead of her show later that evening on Saturday, Céline Dion was spotted leaving her hotel in Paris, where she was greeted by paparazzi and fans.

There was plenty of discussion surrounding the McQueen Spring 2027 collection, but if anyone can convince you of its merits, it’s CĂ©line. She’s becoming the reigning queen of Spring 2027, collecting straight-off-the-runway looks like they’re Infinity Stones, and I’m enjoying every minute of it.

I mean, what’s not to love about this McQueen Spring 2027 Prince of Wales check suit? The angel-wing jacket creates the illusion of layered tailoring, with its exaggerated shoulders and sculpted waist giving the traditional fabric a completely different attitude.

What I particularly enjoy is how Céline makes this unique interpretation of classic tailoring look so easy to wear. The black sunglasses, slicked-back hair and relaxed way she carries herself allow the design to speak for itself.

And perhaps that’s what was missing from the runway presentation. With so much attention on the dramatic hairstyles and theatrical styling, it was easy to overlook just how good the tailoring actually was. CĂ©line gives us the opportunity to appreciate it without those distractions.
