Rihanna Wore Saint Laurent To A$AP Rocky’s ‘Don’t Be Dumb’ Listening Party

Rihanna made her first appearance of 2026 stepping out in New York City last night in support of A$AP Rocky’s listening party for his new album, Don’t Be Dumb, wearing Saint Laurent.

I have not been this excited about a Rihanna look in quite some time.

Saint Laurent has been steadily moving away from the oversized, razor sharp tailoring that dominated womenswear red carpets in Spring 2025, as seen on Elle Fanning and Nicole Kidman. In its place is a direction that favours fluidity, sensuality, and a pared back approach to seduction.

We saw this shift clearly with Zoë Kravitz at the Golden Globes, a direction she has been championing since August while promoting her film Caught Stealing.

Rihanna’s silk slip silhouette, softened structure, and exposed lingerie detailing tap into a strong early 2000s Saint Laurent Rive Gauche mood, firmly rooted in after dark dressing.

What makes this work so well is how naturally it aligns with Rihanna’s personal style, but with a level of refinement we do not often get from her pap walks. The cropped bomber sharpens the look, with Amina Muaddi sandals providing the final touch, along with Briony Raymond’s Étoile diamond triple wrap ring and vintage diamond necklace.
