Which Michelle Yeoh ‘Wicked: For Good’ Press Tour Look Was Your Favourite?

Wicked: For Good may have been a short press tour this time around, but Michelle Yeoh treated every stop as an opportunity to deliver something memorable.

Across gowns, capes, sculptural silhouettes, major jewellery and even a few wigs, she gave us a rare mix of consistency and theatre. Nothing felt phoned in. Nothing felt repetitive. This was a woman enjoying fashion — and using her limited press-tour real estate wisely.

We kicked off with bold colour, moved into repurposed materials and silver textures, waded through velvet decadence, flirted with architectural couture, and wrapped things up with an impeccable talk-show look that reminded everyone why Michelle is one of the great red carpet shape-shifters.

If I had to nit-pick — and I always will — the only wobble for me was the gloves with the Balenciaga look. Beyond that? This was a flawless run.

As much as I want to hand the top prize to her Iris van Herpen Haute Couture for its innovation, I have to give the win to the Self-Portrait gown. It stunned in photos, it stunned in motion, and it deserves to live forever in a glass case at the V&A or the Met.

Honestly, I’d love to see an entire exhibition dedicated to this cast’s costumes and press-tour looks for both films. I would absolutely queue for that.

So tell me — which Michelle Yeoh look are you voting for?

Stylist: Dena Neustadter Giannini.
