Elle Fanning Wore Bottega Veneta On Good Morning America
Elle Fanning was spotted in New York City on Tuesday morning heading to Good Morning America, where she was promoting her new film Predator: Badlands.
As you know, I ride hard for Elle Fanning — she’s easily one of my favourites — but this Bottega Veneta Spring 2026 look isn’t working for me. The idea is there, but the execution is off.
Let’s start with what works: the colour palette. Elle and neutrals go hand in hand, and the creamy tones of this look are beautifully complemented by that soft pop of sky blue from the shirt.
But then, there’s the fit. Everything, and I mean everything, is far too big. Not just a little oversized — two, maybe three sizes too large. The exaggerated proportions swallow her frame, losing the sharp tailoring that made this look so appealing on the runway.
And then comes the bag. The brown Bottega Veneta small Veneta bag felt disconnected amid the sea of light neutrals. A cream or even a soft beige would have harmonised the look far better.
She styled the outfit with Bottega Veneta Knot aviator sunglasses and Tod’s pumps. I love the concept — the relaxed sophistication, the tonal layering — but size down by two, swap the bag, and we’d be in business.
