Dua Lipa Wore Schiaparelli To Harper’s Bazaar x Bvlgari 2025 Icons Issue Celebration
Harper’s BAZAAR and Bvlgari toasted the September 2025 ICONS issue with Editor-in-Chief Samira Nasr and cover star Dua Lipa at Wild Cherry at the Cherry Lane Theater in New York City.

The cover girl wore Schiaparelli Fall 2025, a design rooted in the house’s surrealist DNA but made effortless through Dua’s brand of sensual cool. With its web of inky black fringe draped over a sculpted bodysuit, the look walked that line between construction and deconstruction. It’s revealing without being obvious, daring without trying too hard—a balance Schiaparelli under Daniel Roseberry has mastered, and one that suits Dua perfectly.

The fringe added intrigue, framing her figure like a work of art in motion. However, the corseted base worked differently than it did on the runway. There, the tone matched the model more closely, heightening the illusion. On Dua’s tan skin, the contrast was more apparent. Was this enough to undercut the overall impact? For me, it doesn’t.

And since this was co-hosted by Bvlgari, Dua layered on a bold necklace and stacks of bracelets, echoing the house’s love of statement jewels and aligning neatly with Schiaparelli’s own affinity for ornament as art.
Stylist: Lorenzo Posocco.
