Celebrity makeup artist Emma Day gave Noémie Merlant two very different Louis Vuitton Beauty moments for her Venice Film Festival appearances — proving the new line is already red carpet–ready.

For the photocall, Emma kept things perfectly in sync with Noémie’s burgundy Louis Vuitton dress. The Waking Dawn eyeshadow palette brought warmth and depth to her eyes, creating a soft tonal harmony that never looked heavy in daylight. The star of the look, though, was the Monogram Rouge lipstick — a rich berry red. Bold yet chic, it was the kind of red that makes you wonder why you ever settle for anything less.

By nightfall, the vibe shifted. For the premiere, Noémie’s skin had that glowing, luminous finish we’ve come to expect, but this time Emma turned the spotlight on her doe eyes. Using the Force of Nature palette (sidestepping the green shade), she framed them in earthy tones that amplified their intensity without overwhelming. On the lips, 106 Dune Explorer offered a soft mauve pout — a romantic counterpoint to the drama of her gown.
