Which of Nicholas Hoult’s ‘Superman’ Press Tour Looks Was Your Favourite?

From the moment Nicholas Hoult kicked off the Superman press tour at CinemaCon back in April, there was a sense this was going to be his moment. Known for his consistent style, Nicholas set the tone early with a Saint Laurent leather jacket that gave off a sleek, rebellious energy befitting his role as Lex Luthor.

But nothing sparked more conversation than the debut of blonde Nicholas on Jimmy Kimmel Live in June.

His transformation wasn’t just about hair—it was about fully stepping into character. With Jason Bolden now guiding his wardrobe choices, everything clicked into place.

Suddenly, those Prada knits, Bottega suit, Saint Laurent staples, and Tom Ford tailoring hit different. The blonde hair gave the entire tour a cooler, edgier feel, and the palette—anchored in grey and warm chocolate tones—only elevated things further.

Even the Saint Laurent leather trousers at the LA premiere—an unlikely choice in the mid-July heat—somehow pulled together flawlessly. It came down to presence, and Nicholas had it in spades.

With sharp tailoring, cohesive colours, and a clear narrative running through each look, it was hard to pick a favourite—but ultimately, I went with the Bottega Veneta grey suit in London.
