Rachel Brosnahan Wore Zuhair Murad Couture To The ‘Superman’ Rio De Janeiro Premiere
Following her picture-perfect photocall at Christ the Redeemer, Rachel Brosnahan returned to the red carpet for the Superman premiere in Rio de Janeiro—and gave us a moment that was pure cinematic glamour.

After dazzling in red earlier on this press tour, she turned to the archives for something equally striking: a midnight blue plunging gown from the Zuhair Murad Fall 2013 Couture collection, complete with art deco embroidery that caught the light (what little there was) beautifully.
Sometimes you feel that that not all archive looks deserve a second life—some are best left in the past—but this one was absolutely worth the revival. The drama, the structure, the sheer elegance of it all had that dark, mystical allure that suits Rachel so well.
This look proves once again that she’s never been afraid to make bold, confident choices on the red carpet. It’s just a shame the lighting didn’t do this stunner the justice it deserved.
