Celebrities Front Row at the Ralph Lauren Fall 2025 Show
On Thursday, Ralph Lauren hosted a fashion affair to remember inside the historic Clock Tower building in New York City. With the Fall 2025 collection themed “The Modern Romantics,” the designer delivered a sartorial love letter to elegant Western glamour.

But let’s be honest—half the fun was watching the front row, where a mix of A-listers, and style darlings interpreted the theme through their own lens. From cowboy hats to tonal silk, here’s a roundup of who gave us romantic rodeo chic and who left us wanting more.

Cool girl energy
Anne Hathaway showed us how to do effortless front row chic in Ralph Lauren. Trench coat? Check. Crisp white vest? Check. Distressed embellished jeans that felt relaxed but still red carpet-worthy? Absolutely. There’s always an elegance to Anne’s style, even in denim, and that Bvlgari jewellery added just the right amount of luxe.

The ponytail? Perfection. You know I love hairstyle that amplifies the beauty look.

When the coat is the main character
Andra Day’s Ralph Lauren moment left me torn. The coat and clutch were delivering sophistication, but then that gold embellished top popped up like an unwanted plot twist. It felt disconnected from the rest of the look and stopped the outfit from reaching its full potential. A rework with more polish could’ve made this a standout.

Pinstripe perfection with a vintage twist
Ariana DeBose has her ups and downs on the red carpet, but this pinstripe Ralph Lauren suit was a major high. The tailoring, the masculine edge, and that pin curl-inspired hairstyle all worked in harmony. Easily one of her strongest style moments this year—more of this energy, please.

Fringe benefits never looked so refined
I loved how Chi-ling Lin’s embellished Ralph Lauren fringed top brought a dose of sparkling glamour to the front row. It was polished, eye-catching, and executed with such finesse—everything I had hoped to see from Andra’s look but didn’t quite get.

Menswear magic
Eiza González’s Ralph Lauren tailored look was another nod to the collection’s masculine influence, with a palette of contrasting colours and fabrics giving the outfit an undone charm. It felt lived-in, yet luxe, like she’d just walked out of a Ralph Lauren campaign shoot.

Romance with a Western edge
Ella Hunt nailed the “modern romantic” brief in her Ralph Lauren boho-inspired white crop top and maxi skirt. The leather shaket and buckled belt infused it with just the right amount of Western spirit. The whole thing felt soft yet confident, and I loved how it nodded to the theme.

Playing it safe in prairie-core
Hannah Dodd’s white Ralph Lauren maxi dress had all the right bones, but the tan leather belt and matching bag didn’t quite pull the look together for me. I get the attempt to add structure and contrast, but the result lacked the ease and magic the theme promised.

City Slicker meets Fifth Avenue
Julia Louis-Dreyfus was the picture of refined Americana in her Ralph Lauren tan leather jacket and beige wide-leg trousers. It was minimal, yes, but so well executed that it felt more like a masterclass in understated glamour than playing it safe.

Double Denim Delight
Julia Schlaepfer’s Ralph Lauren debut was pure Americana. A black leather bomber thrown over a full Canadian tuxedo? Some might call it underdressed, but in this context, it felt smart and referential. The nod to ’80s heritage Ralph Lauren was crystal clear, and I’m here for it.

Yeehaw, but elevated
Kacey Musgraves went full Western, complete with cowboy hat and boots. And honestly? I respect the commitment. She stayed true to herself while honouring the theme, and that authenticity made the look feel celebratory rather than gimmicky. Although, I’m sure many will disagree.

Typically Understated
Michelle Williams kept things classic in tonal greys, but I wish she’d taken off that wool coat for the cameras. There’s a quiet grace to her minimalism, but this felt a little too hidden—like we were missing the full effect of the outfit underneath.

Like UPS, She’s Always Delivering
Naomi Watts delivered once again here in a Ralph Lauren look that was casual, and effortlessly elegant. It had that classic Ralph Lauren DNA running through it.
“Money never looked so good in green.”

Serving silk, satin, and Upper East Side energy
Ryan Destiny owned the front row. Her Ralph Lauren ensemble of tonal green silk, satin, and leather was dripping in Upper East Side elegance. Every piece spoke of luxury, but in that quiet, confident way. She’s quickly becoming one of my top fashion faves this year.

Earthy tones
Sadie Sink traded her recent gothic edge for a more grounded look in true Ralph Lauren fashion. The preppy, earthy palette suited her perfectly and felt like a fresh.

Top of the class, bottom of the blazer
Sarah Catherine Hook took business-core to the front row in a double-breasted Ralph Lauren blazer dress layered over a white shirt and tie. It was giving prep school dean with a fashion degree. Crisp, clever, and theme-appropriate.
Ralph Lauren said “Modern Romantics” and the stars answered—some with swoon-worthy results, others with a few questionable detours. Either way, the front row served up a captivating snapshot of how fashion’s old-school charm can still feel fresh, cool, and endlessly fun.
