Charithra Chandran Wore SHUSHU/TONG To The Cartier Queen’s Cup Polo 2023
Charithra Chandran attended the Cartier Queen’s Cup Polo held at the Guards Polo Club on Sunday (June 18) in Egham, England.
It was a gloriously sunny day in England (until about 5pm when the rain came), so I’m glad the ‘Bridgerton’ actress didn’t follow last week’s trend where we saw a lot of black on the red carpet.
Opting for unabashed, contemporary femininity, Charithra wore a floral print SHUSHU/TONG tank top and maxi skirt from the Spring 2023 collection.
I love how the tailored silhouettes are infused with charming details like the ruffles and bows, and how she made this look her own.
Not only by transforming the skirt to a high waist skirt, but by shortening the skirt to a more flattering length.
When it came to footwear options, I believe she made the right choice in terms of colour, but perhaps not when it came to style, considering this event is on grass.
