Julianne Moore Wore Christian Dior To The Venice Film Festival Closing Ceremony
Julianne Moore attended the closing ceremony for the 2022 Venice International Film Festival on Saturday (September 10) in Italy, having served as the president of the jury.
A lot of us had high hopes for the looks Julianne Moore was going to serve up at his festival, having wowed us over the years at Cannes.
But we ended up feeling very much like Tyra Banks when she famously said, “I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you. How dare you?”
And she ended the festival much like she opened it. Quietly.
Guaranteeing an elegant entrance, Julianne’s looked very graceful wearing this black silk top and maxi skirt from the Dior Resort 2023 collection that was styled with Cartier jewels.
It’s clear that her M.O. for the festival was to wear looks that did just enough and didn’t draw too much attention to herself.
She was there to work. Not entertain.
You may find that admirable considering her position at this festival. Or wish that she gave us the presidential, First Lady on a state visit looks.
