Tessa Thompson Wore Victoria Beckham Arriving For Venice Film Festival
It’s finally here.
Venice Film Festival kicks off today, and who better to whet our appetite for an event which runs until September 10 than Tessa Thompson?
Tessa, who will be promoting her new film ‘The Listener,’ arrival look confirms that red carpet summer dressing is officially over, as her stylist Wayman and Micah are in transeasonal mode if this Victoria Beckham long-sleeved, sheer golden embroidered dress and smart wide leg trouser combo are anything to go by.
We have layering, we have leather gloves, and we have autumnal shades.
As much as I want to hang onto these last few days of summer, the 10 forecast for weather in London has 8 days of rain, so I’m very much in the mood for this look.
I’m not sure how you feel about it, but the styling really sold this to me.
The dress is beautiful, but it needed both the bright red leather gloves, and colourful tartan Vivienne Westwood Trader shopper bag to add some character to the look.
Black Anny Nord pumps and round black Lapima shades completed provided the finishing touches.
