Maya Jama Wore Sophie Couture To The GRM Gala 2022
The GRM Gala 2022 took place on Monday (August 1) in London’s Kensington Palace, with Maya Jama in attendance.
Despite relocating to the US with fiance Ben Simmons, Maya made sure to jet back home for the stud-studded gala organised to celebrate the best in Black British music.
As we’ve come to expect, the former BBC Radio 1 presenter was a vision as she made her way into the event wearing a Sophie Couture Spring 2023 strapless red gown featuring plenty of drama, feathers, and front split which showcased her Jimmy Choo ‘Minny’ sandals.
If ever there was a red carpet look which perfectly resembled the salsa dancing woman emoji, this was it.
Maya’s efforts to return home for this event didn’t go unnoticed. She was easily one of the standout looks, and best dressed at this event working with long time stylist Kyle De’Volle, who has also worked with Rita Ora.
